通常把导热系数较低的材料称为保温材料,而把导热系数在0.05瓦/米?
度以下的材料称为高效保温材料。
软性硅胶导热绝缘垫是传热界面材料中的一种,具有良好的导热能力和高等级的耐压,其作用就是填充处理器与散热器之间大要求,是替代导热硅脂导热膏加云母片的二元散热系统的最佳产品.
