safeandstable.However,anyoperatorinanyoperationstepmustfollowthekeyrulesbelowandItisthebestwaytoreducetheaccident.
Thepersonwhoisplannedtooperatetheaircompressormustbetrainedandauthorizedbyrelativeorganization.Alloperatorsmustreadthroughthismanualandfullyunderstandtheessencebeforedoinganythingtothemachine.Anydisobeyingthelistedoperationprocessorsafetyattentionoptionswillbelikelytocauseaccidentordeath.
Operatingtheaircompressorunderasafetyuncertainsituationisforbidden.Ifthereisanyproblem,stopanyattempttostartthemachine,cutoffthepower,markthesceneofaccidentinordertoavoidanydamagetotheoperators.
Itiskindofdangerousoperationtocompressair,sothepressureintheaircompressormustbeconfirmedtoreleaseoutbeforerepairingormaintainingthemachine.
Anyinstallationoperationormaintenancemustconformtorelativelawandstandard.
Don’tmakeanychangetothestructureinsideandcontrolmodeofthemachineunlessgainingourcompany’swrittenauthorization.
Doabestjobondailymaintenance.Gothroughthewholeseteverydaytocheckwhetherthereanysituationincludingleak,unfastenedandbrokenpartsorfailureincontrolandpartslosshappenedornot.Ifitdoes,pleaseworkoutitimmediately.

Beforeinstallingoroperatingtheaircompressor,allstaffmustunderstandandobeytheoperationprocessandrulesofsafeguardsrequirementinrelativelocallaw,suchassafeguardsforeyesandface,breathingequipments,safeguardsforarmsandlegs,safeguardcloth,safeguardboard,anti-electricityequipmentsandanti-noiseequipmentsetc.
1.2、HoistingandMounting
1、Thehoistmustfittheaircompressorandconformtothelocalrulesforsafety.
2、Beforehoistingthecompressor,pleasecarefullycheckwhetherthehoistshelfandstationaryringsarebrokenornotandboltsandnutsareunfastenedornot.
3、Pleasetakeawayorfixtheunfastenedpartsandfixdoor,Tow-barandotherturningparts.
4、Usecordstotie,towandholdthecompressortoavoidtheunit’sshakeorrotationasbeinghoisted.
5、Don’tattempttohoistthemachinewhenitisstrongwind.
6、Thehoistjustneedsasuitableheightratherthantoohigh.
7、Thehoistingaccelerationanddecelerationmustbeunderthesafetyrange.
8、Thestaffisnotallowedtoleaveashoisting.
9、Takingarestorevenashortstayatthehoistingareaisforbidden.
10、Thegroundchosetoplacetheunitmustbearitstheweight.

1、TractionPreparation
A、Checkuptow-barandtow-ringofthecompressorandthetowtruck’sconnectorsituation.
B、Makesurethattheconnectorsandcompressorarefixedwell.
C、Makesurethetwoconnectorsarelockedwell.
D、Makethetirepressureandcheckupthewheelaxle,fixedboltandwheelarefixedwell.
E、Makesurealldoorsandtoolboxesarelockedwell.
F、Makesurethereisnopersoninthecompressor.
G、Whenmeetingdeclivities,operatorshouldtightenthebrakefirst.
2、Traction
A、Don’ttowthemachinewhenthedeclivityangleismorethan15o.
B、Obeylocaltrafficrules.
C、Nomattermovingforwardorbackward,eachveerangleisnotallowedtoexceed30oandwildlytowingthecompressorisforbidden.
D、Avoidroughandsoftground.
E、Tractionspeedisnotallowedtoexceed10km/h
F、Nobodyisallowedinthecompressorastowing.
G、Don’tstandormovebetweenthecompressorandtowtruck.
3、Parking
A、Makesurethegroundforparkingisflatenough.
B、Makesuretheparkinggroundcanbearthemachine
C、Chooserightwinddirectionforexhaustingandreleasingheatthedieselengineproduced,inordertoavoidthembeingsuckintothemachine,whichwillcausesexhaustingcapacityoftheaircompressordeclined,overheatanddieselenginepowerfell.
D、Parkinglocationshouldbewithagoodairyconditionandclean.Sufficientspaceisnecessaryforheatreleaseandmaintenanceoperation.
E、Thecompressorshouldbeparkedatthesomeplaceshadeandcoolinsummeragainstsunshine,
F、Brakemustbeset.
G、Fastenwoodblocksunderthewheelstopreventthecompressorfrommovingorslippage.
H、Whenitisparkedonthehighway,pleaseplaceawarningindicatororlight(nighttime)towarnsothers.
4、PressureDanger
A、Opensafetyvalveonceatleasteveryweektomakesurethatthereisnojam,twistorfailurehappened.
B、ThemaximumpressurePneumatictoolcanaffordmustbehigherthancompressor’sexhaustpressure.
C、Pipelines,valvesandequipmentsshouldmeettheworkingpressure’sneed.
D、Forbiddentoaddanypressureontothesphericalvalveatthecompressingairexit.
E、Whenassemblingordisassemblingpipes,pleaseclosetheintakevalve.Whendissemblingpipes,makesureallpressureinthemhasbeenreleasedout.Whenairispushedintothepipelines,theotherendmustbejammedorfixedwell.
F、Don’tfuelupunlessthecompressorisnotworkingandallpressurehasbeenreleasedout.
G、nomatteropeningpipelines,equipments,plugs,tie-ins,fuelfiltersorotherrelativepressureaccessoriesmustwaituntilthepressureisreleasedout.
H、Don’tattempttoplaythecompressedair.
I、Whenaddingwaterintowatertank,youshouldwaitthetanktobecool,andthencarefullyscrewoffthetopcoverofthetankaftermakingsuretherefrigerantisnotboiling.
5、FireDisasterandExplosion
A、Pleaseconnectbothcompressorandtankerwiththeearthunlessfuelingupatmaintenancestationorexclusivefuelstation.
B、Pleaseimmediatelyworkoutthesituationinvolvinglubricantorothertinder’sspilling.
C、Stoppingthemachine.Checkingorfillinglubricantorantifreezeafterthemachinegetscoolandshouldbeisolatedfromfire.
D、Noliquidaccumulationincludingrefrigeranthappenednomatteroutsideorinsidetheaircompressor.Pleaseuseliquidcleanertocleanthecoverordisassembleitforcleaningwhenitisnecessary.Thebrokencovershouldbereplacedbyanewone.Don’tusetheignitableliquidcleaner.
E、Anymaintenanceandcleaningmustwaituntilthepowerisoff.
F、Maintainallelectricalwires,electricaljointsandforcejointsaregoodandclean.Anybrokenpartshouldbereplaced.
G、Anymaintenanceorcleaningmustwaituntiltherechargeablebatteryisoff.
H、Irontoolsorotherelectricalconductorscanleadtoashortcircuit.Itmadeanelectricalarcbetweenpositivepoleofthebatteryandtheearth
