下面模板的内容完全吻合上面的“全文写作逻辑”：

第一段

第一句：

用数据论证第一句

（2）负面主题

从下列八个句子中挑出合适的一句话或者两句话就可以：

1.政策漏洞：

Therearepolicybugsonsth/doingsth

2.监管不到：

Authoritiesconcernedexerciseinadequatesupervisiononsth/doingsth.

3.不良社会风气：

Undesirablegeneralmoodofsocietyshouldshouldertheblame（condemn，scold）,suchasthegraduallossofsenseofsocialresponsibility.不良的社会风气应该被责备，比如：

社会责任感的丢失。

4.激烈的竞争：

sbwishtoescapefromfiercecompetition.

5.沉溺于经济利益而忽视社会效益sbarepreoccupiedwitheconomicbenefitsbutneglect（ignore，disregard，regardless，overlook）socialinterests.

6.不恰当的教育理念：

People/Schoolshaven’trealizeddisastrousconsequencesofinappropriatenotionofeducation.

7.求同思维：

Owingtoconvergentthinking,individualseasilyneglecttheirownopinionandarealwaysimpelledbythetendencytofollowthecrowdanddriftwiththecurrent.归因于求同思维，个人容易忽视自己的观点而随波逐流

8.缺乏自我约束：

Lackof/Lackingself-disciplineconstitutesoneoftheprimaryreasonsforthisissue/thisphenomenon.缺乏自我约束，是这个现象或者事情的主要原因。

第五句（后果）：

第六句（后果的具体表现）：

Tobespecific,后面从下面的九个句子中挑出合适的内容：

如果要用后面的5个后果，需要先加上下面这句话：

第三句（引导句）：

第四句（支持者观点）：

第五句（反对者观点）：

过渡词：

第三段（总结+建议+展望）

第一：

（正面类）直到我认识到主题词的重要性/某个事实的重要性，并且把它付诸实践，我们才可以进一步取得进步。

第二，thatnotuntilwerealizetheseverityof主题词///thefactthat+主题句andtakeactivecountermeasures,canwefosteracompletestoptothisproblemandmakeabetterprogress.（负面类）

直到我们认识到主题词的重要性或者某个事实，我们才能够完全阻止这个问题并且做出更好的进步。

第三：

that,althoughitishardtoreachaconsensusamongthepubliconthisissue,theadvantagesof主题词outweighitsdisadvantages.（争议类）虽然很难关于这个事情在公众当中达成一致，但是我认为主题词的好处大于坏处。

Eg:

建议政府或者媒体

考虑到上面提到的主题词或者这件事的重要性，政府或者媒体应该肩负起“素材”的责任。

建议学校或者个人

如果我们立即采取上面提到的措施，这个不好的现象就可以迟早被消除掉。

正面：

Inaword,althoughit`seasiersaidthandone,wecanmakeitwithperseverance/ourlongstandingeffortandstamina.

虽然说比做容易，但是，我们可以用我们的坚持或者长期的不懈努力实现这一目标。

争议：

Aslongaswecancapitalizeitsstrengthanddodgeitsadverseaspects,wecandefinitelybenefitremarkablyfromit.

只要我们能够放大它的优点，规避它的缺点，我们就一定能够从它受益。
