AsreportedinNewsletter32,alloftheCommodityCodechangestotheCombinedNomenclature（CN）for2012havebeenagreed.

Owingtorestructuringofthe6-digitHarmonisedSystem（usuallyevery5years）–uponwhichtheCNisbased–thelevelofcodechangesfor2012isnotablyhigher.

Itisadvisable,therefore,totakespecialcarewhenclassifyingyourgoodsin2012;

SectorsincludingFish,Meat,Fruit&

Vegetables,FuelsandChemicalscontainparticularlycomplexreclassifications.

TheCNwasformallypublishedviaEUOfficialJournalL282on28October2011（ECRegulation1006/2011–27.09.2011）.

Oftheothertopicsdiscussed,theUKhasparticularinterestinissuesrelatingtotheWTOpanelreportimplementation（AdditionalnotetoChapter85,Multifunctionaldigitalmachines（MFMs）,andLCDMonitors）,Multifunctionaldecoder/recorderswithcommunicationfunction,andhighspeedcameras.Also,clarificationoftheproductcoveredunderthetitle“TVstands”.
