本表为上海市外国留学生政府奖学金（B类）申请表，在填写本申请表之前请详细阅读《上海市外国留学生政府奖学金申请管理办法》及《上海市外国留学生政府奖学金（B类）申请细则》，了解申请上海市外国留学生政府奖学金（B类）的资格条件及有关规定。
