However,manyconsumersalsoexpresstheirconcernsaboutonlineshopping.AmongalltheconcernsinChart2,thequalityoftheproducts,whichaccountsforasmuchas55%,attractsmyattention.Personally,Iagreethatwhatconsumersgetfromonlineshopssometimesdiffersfromwhatcanbeseeninthepictures,whichcanbeverydisappointing.Therefore,weshouldmakesuretheproductisofgoodqualitybeforemakingapurchase.
