注意,上面字体较大的几个单词和你之前见到的单词有什么区别?
is—waslike-likedvisit—visitedis—was
这个就是动词的过去式,一般过去时的直接表现形式。
1.什么叫一般过去时呢?
表示发生在过去的事情或存在的状态,常与justnow;amomentago;…ago;yesterday;lastweek/month/year/Monday/weekend;thismorning等词连用。
结构:
主语+be动词的过去式(was;were);例句:
Mypenwasonthegroundjustnow.我的铅笔盒刚还在地上。
或主语+动词的过去式。
例句:
Ivisitedafarm。
我参观了一个农场。
注意:
be动词与动词过去式不可同时使用。
2.动词过去式的有规则变化
1.一般的直接在词尾加-ed。
如:
want—wanted,work—worked,need—needed,clean—cleaned。
2.以不发音的e结尾的在词尾加-d。
如:
like—liked,live—lived,use—used,move—moved,smile--smiled,hope--hoped.
注意:
ie结尾动词,直接加d,如:
died;tied.
3.以一个元音字母加一个辅音字母结尾的重读闭音节动词,先双写结尾的辅音字母,再加-ed。
如:
stop—stopped,trip—tripped,plan—planned。
4.以辅音字母加y结尾的动词,先把y变成i,再加-ed。
如:
study—studied,carry—carried,hurry—hurried,marry—married,worry—worried,study—studied.
