ComparedwithbooksandTVprograms,Internetisahugesource,whichcontainswhateverinformationyouneeds.Byaneasyclick,youcanfindwhateveryouwantwithinjustafewseconds.

Aboveall,mostwebsitesarefree,whichmeansyoudon'tneedtopaywhatyouget.Moreover,thelatestinformationisoftenavailableontheinternet,whichenablesyoutocatchupwiththerestoftheworld.

DifficultiesinStudyingEnglish

LearningEnglishisinterestingbutitisalsodifficult.Frommyownexperience,IthinkthereareseveraldifficultiesinlearningEnglish.Firstofall,it’shardtobuildupvocabulary.EnglishwordsarequitedifferentfromChinese.Ifindittakesquitealongtimetorememberthewords.Butifyoudon’tusethem,you’llsoonforget.SecondlyEnglishgrammarisanotherdifficultpart.I’moftenconfusedbyEnglishtensebecauseit’ssuchadifferentsystemfromChinese.EnglishidiomsandexpressionsisthethirddifficlutyIhavemetinmystudy.Sometimesyouknoweverywordintheexpression,butyoudon’ttheexactmeaningofit,becauseitisusedinspecificsituationandhasspcificmeaning.That’swhyyocantellthemeaningfromthewords.

WaterPollution

Today,IreadapieceofnewsaboutwaterpollutioninTaihuLakeinanewspaper.ButwaterpollutionexistsnotonlyinTaihuLakebutalsoinsomeotherrivers,lakesandseasinourcountry.

Withoutanydoubt,waterpollutionisaseriousproblemtoday.Rivers,lakesandevenoceansallovertheworldarebeingpollutedbygarbageanddangerouschemicals.Oilandotherchemicalscankillfishandmakewaterunsafefordrinking.

Moreandmorepeoplehaverealizedhowserioustheproblemis.Ourgovernmentisdoingitsbesttotakemeasurestofightagainstpollution.We'vedoneagooddealofwork,butthere'sstillalongwaytogo.Wemustkeeponfightinguntilwefindwaystoprotecttheenvironmentfrombeingpolluted,anddoawaywithpollution.Wearesurethatwe'llwinthebattle.Goodbye,waterpollution!

SpringFestivalisthemostimportantfestivalforChinesepeople.ManypeoplewillpreparemanythingsfortheSpringFestival.NowthisismyplanfortheSpringFestival.First,Iwillvisitmyfriendsandmyrelatives.Second,Iwillmakeabigsnowmanwithmydaughter.Third,Iwillstaywithmyparents,becauseIdon’thavemuchtimetostaywiththemwhenIamatwork.Iwillmakeabigmealforthem.Thisismyplanforthespringfestival.IhopeallofyouhaveagoodtimeintheSpringFestival.
