Fish:
InChina,thereisablessingspeechas‘NianNianYouYu’,whichmeans‘Mayyouhavesurplusesandbountifulharvestseveryyear.’InsouthernChina,somepeoplejusteatthemiddlepartofthefishontheNewYearEve,leavingtheheadandtailtothenextdaytosymbolizecompleteness.
