4（施工生产用水
楼层施工用水采用贮水池、水泵联合供水方式，泵压水管路与市政水管相连，当市政水压满足时使用市政水，水压不够时，再使用水泵供水，引至楼层施工用水通过管径为DN65的立管引上，立管每层预留一个DN20截止阀。
为了保障现场施工安全、建筑物场地及楼层增设DN65消防管道接口。
三、消防用水设置方案
采用生产用水和消防用水合用一个系统，现场防火采用消火栓系统。
1、现场消火栓布设
现场消防干管环状布置，并按要求布置室外地下式消火栓，具体
安装方法参见国标。
2、楼层消火栓布设
立管每层分别设置一个消火栓接口,可满足要求，消火栓的直径65mm，配备水龙带为25米，充实水柱为10米。
3、办公区和生活区布置干粉式灭火器，不再设置消火栓。
四、临时用水原则
1、管材的选用和连接方法:
本工程办公区和生活区，主干管和市政管网直接供水的用水点采用PP-R管热熔连接，减少漏水点;
楼层生产用水和消防用水采用镀锌钢管焊接。
2（依设计总平面图和获得业主方批准的施工现场平面布置图为总依据，进行管线走向的布置和设计。
3（本着“经济、科学、合理、文明”的原则，最大可能降低临时用水用电的工程成本。
4（分阶段的布置原则，以充分利用市政管网的压力，根据工程特点，分2个阶段来设置临时水电，一阶段为主体施工阶段;
二阶段是装饰施工阶段，其水电的设置方案详见后面章节的阐述。
5（以安全为主的指导思想原则，主要体现在临电、消防设施及维护方面。
6（注重美观，符合文明工地标准和要求为原则整体考虑管线的布置。
7（以方便使用，管理和维护为指导原则，确保施工期内生产生活的供水、排水、供电正常。
五、临时排水设置方案
采用雨、污水分流，附以化粪池，隔油池、沉淀池的排放方式。
在生产区、办公区形成排水管网，并设检查井，其中污水管采用DN300PVC双壁波纹管，雨水管采用DN350双壁波纹管。
1、办公区和生活区污废水排放
卫生间的污水先通过化粪池再排入主排水管，最后排入市政管网;
浴室、洗涤废水直接排入排水管，最后排入市政管网;
食堂排水先通过隔油池，再排入主排水管，最后排入市政管网。
2、办公区和生活区雨水排放
雨水管采用明沟收集，再接入雨水管网，最后接入雨水市政管网。
3、施工区雨水排放
沿施工区四周设明沟收集雨水，并增设沉淀池，雨水通过沉淀池后排入管网，最后接入市政管网。

6.3.4第2条规定，选用管径DN100给水管。
但由于现场甲方指
定的水源接驳点的实际情况，该工程采用两处φ63的给水接驳点
接通形成环状管网对施工现场进行供水。
七、施工要求及工艺规程:
首先配合土建施工进度做好管道预留孔洞，位置见平面图。
施工前根据现场测绘草图，在选好的管材上画线，接线断管。
本方案给水管均为PP-R管热熔连接和焊接钢管焊接。
PP-R管道和接头的表面要保证光滑、平整、清洁、无油及水渍;
在管道插入深度处做记号（等于接头的套入深度），在焊接工具上把整个嵌入深度加热，包括管道和接头;
当加热时间完成之后，把管道平稳而均匀地推入接头中，形成牢固紧密美的接合，在管道和接头焊接之后的几秒钟之内，可以调节接头位置。
管道与管件的连接应保证电熔接套和管道同一轴线;
管道与管件连接后，应稳定30-60秒（管径越大，所需时间越长）后，
方可以承受负荷;
管道热熔连接时，要严格按产品操作要求根据管径大小控制加热时间，以避免加热时间不够造成未熔合或加热时间过久造成内瘤。
钢管焊接前要将两管轴线对中，先将两管端部点焊牢，管径在100MM以下可点焊三个点为宜。
焊接应做到:
焊口平直度、焊缝加强面符合施工规范规定，焊波均匀一致。
管道安装前，核对各层预留孔洞位置是否正确，每层从上至下统一吊线安装卡件，将预制好的管道编号分层排开，顺序安装，对好调直，安装完后找正，配合土建看好楼板洞口。
施工用水立管每层设置配水点。
加压水泵安装:
（1）安装前检查水泵和电机的完整情况。
（2）水泵安装前，由土建部门制作为H=200MM高砼基础并根据泵的尺寸;
预留好4个孔洞。
（3）检查泵基础，并准备好工具。
（4）将泵安放的基础上垫高30—40MM，准备填充细石混凝土。
（5）进行找正，并穿好地脚螺栓，填充细石混凝土。
（6）经3—5天水泥干固后，重新找正，并紧固地脚螺栓螺母。
（7）预试底阀严密性，安装进出水管路及阀门。
八、临时用水维护及故障解决方法
1、水泵房设值班人员，有专人维修，当施工用水时开启水泵，如不用水关闭水泵。
2、如临时用水的管道和其它阀件发生漏水现象，立刻通知值班人员将水泵关闭，将管路或阀件修复完成后，再开启水泵。
3、维护人员要对现场的临时用水系统，做到经常检查，发现阀件有不严、渗水、漏水现象，及时更换。
4、水泵不吸水、压力表指针剧烈跳动时，应检查底阀是否漏水，再灌足引水，拧紧漏气处。
5、在运行中，泵的轴承温度不得超过外界温度35?
，其极限温度不得大于75?
6、定期检查联轴器，注意轴承温升。
7、泵在运转中发现有不正常噪音时，应立即停止运转检查其原因。
