论证要严谨、合乎逻辑。
图表作文是说明文的一种，要求考生能描述图表，然后就图表中所出现的问题进行原因分析，或者针对图表中所出现的问题提出考生的建议。
应用文是人们在学习、生产、工作、生活中传递信息已达到交际目的的一种文体，它要求言简意赅，条理清楚，不需过分的文饰。
