22.Providedsuchdraftsaredrawnandpresentedinaccordancewiththetermsofthiscredit,weherebyengagewiththedrawees,endorsorsandbona-fideholdersthatthesaiddraftsshallbedullacceptedonpresentation.

35.TheNegotiatingBankisherebyauthorizedtomakeadvancetotheBeneficiaryuptoan
aggregateamountofUSD200,000.00（20%oftheamountofthiscredit）.Theadvances,withtheinterestatrulingrateofexchangeatthetimeofpaymentofsuchadvance,aretobedeductedfromtheproceedsofthedraftsdrawnunderthiscredit.
议付行在此被授权先行议付给受益人总金额为200000美元（该信用证总金额的20%），这个预付款包括以当时汇率计算的利率，将被按信用证开出的汇票中扣除。

所有在新加坡之外的银行费用都由受益人承担。
40.Incasedocumentspresentedwithdiscrepancies,adiscrepancyfeeofUSD15.00.

48.Signedcommercialinvoicein6copies,originalofwhichmustbecertifiedbytheChamberofCommerce.
一式6份的已签署的商业发票，其中原始发票必须由中国商会证明。
49.CommercialInvoicein8copiespriceCIFBangkokshowingFOBvalue,freightchargesandinsurancepremiumseparately.
价格条款为CIF价格并且分别注明FOB价格，运费和保险费用的一式八份的商业发票。
50.Thecommercialinvoicesshouldbearthefollowingclause:
wecertifythatthisinvoiceisauthenticthatitistheonlyinvoiceissuedbyusforthegoodsdescribedherein.ThatitshowstheirexactvaluewithoutdeductionofanydiscountandthegoodsareofChineseorigin.
商业发票必须写明以下条款：
我们在此证明该发票真实的并且仅根据我们在这所描述的货物所开出的。
它所表明的它们的额外价值不包括任何的折扣，并且这个商品是中国原产的。
