这是由BIG设计的台湾花莲洄澜湾特区。

该项目以为老年人建设环保住宅为目的，旨在设计出注重老年人健康的有效社区。

社区的起伏的绿色山体屋顶，使自然更贴近生活空间，创造了一个轻松的环境。

BIG的项目最近被评为2014ArchitizerA+A奖项的赢家。

社区位于台湾东部沿海，最近有相当数量的年轻人外出去更大的城市寻找更好的工作，因此该地区成为老年人和退休人员的专属地，住房需求和娱乐设施不断增长。

建筑师在社区内引入快速通道，它蜿蜒地通过住宅，为室外空间注入了生机与活力。

除了休闲区，社区还具有监测点、舞台、商店、餐馆和医疗保健服务。

整个社区鼓励互动。

公共快速通道可以作为会议地点与社会的接触点。

一系列康乐设施如媒体室、休息室、图书馆、游泳池、公共花园和冥想空间体现了建立低压力环境的设计理念。

MountainDwellingand8House）.Althoughstillinprogress,HualienResidences,abeachresorthousingcomplexinTaiwan,willconsistofgreen“landscapestripes”thatresemblemountainsthemselves.Theproject,whichincorporateswalkingpaths,undergroundjoggingpaths,andanobservationpoint,hasalreadybeenrecognizedasafinalistinthe2014MIPIMawardsforitsuseofdesigntoencouragehealthy,activelifestylesforthecomplex’sprimarilyolderresidents.

TLDC,aprominentlanddeveloperbasedinTaipei,hasrecentlyobtainedlicensetoturnwhatusedtobeanindustrialandfactoryregionintoaworldclassbeachresort.Thesitehasgreatpotentialforspectacularviewsasitislocatedprominentlyagainstthecoastandneartheintersectionoftworiverdeltas.Taiwan’sspineofmountainscanbeseentothewestwhiletheoceanistotheeast;

Fortheresortmasterplan,alanguageofgreenlandscapestripescreateamountainterrainofcommercialandresidentialprogramthatechothenaturalmountainsindistance.Thestripesruneast-westtoframethebestviewswhilealsobecominganoptimalshadingsystemforTaiwan’shotandhumidtropicalclimate.Low-angle,high-glaremorningandeveningsuniseffortlesslyblockedbythestripeswhilefavorablenorth-southlightisallowedintotheunits.Greenroofsfurthermitigateheatgainandcombinedwiththestripingcreatealowenergymasterplan.
