原料（带钢卷）→开卷→储料→被动矫平→成型轧制→高频焊接→去除外毛刺→喷淋冷却→定径、整型→粗矫直→定尺切断→收管、捆扎。

4.导向、挤压、刨疤机构：

本部套的功能是将成型管坯焊缝对中送至挤压机构，使管缝闭合焊接，再用刨刀去除外焊疤，从而得到平整、光滑的焊接表面。
