尺寸问题是针织制衣最难控制的问题

为了保证每件成衣的尺寸稳定
Inordertoguaranteethesizestabilityofthefinishedclothes
必须由松布操作开始科学化，规范化
Wemustbeginwithdoffingoperation.Andafterscientificandstandardizationdoffingcloth,
松布后需整齐放置在特制的松布车上
Afterdoffing,theclothmustbeplacedneatlyonthespecial-madedoffingmachine
使每匹布都能独立分开

不会因为布压布而使底层和

面层的布料回缩不均匀

一般自然缩率低的布料

以保证裁剪后的尺寸稳定及衫形准确

查片、配片

为确保能给缝制车间提供

为确保成衣安全

必须找齐所有断针后

不合标准的衫退回后查处再查
