@#@minorities;@#@backbone;@#@MasterPlan;@#@ideologicalandpoliticaleducation@#@Chinaisamulti-ethnicsocialistcountry,“commonunityandcommonprosperityanddevelopment”isournationalworkofcontemporarytopicsandethnicminorityareastosupporttheaccelerateddevelopmentofabasicprincipleofthecentral,westerndevelopmentispriorityordertonarrowthegap,theStateCounciladoptedaseriesofspecialmeasuresforthewesternregionandalargenumberofethnicminorityareasdevelopallkindsofpartyandgovernmentcadresandprofessionals.However,inethnicminorityareashigh-leveltalentisstillrare,extremelyrareandvigorouslydevelophigh-levelminorityprofessionalshasbecomethebackboneofChina’scommonprosperityanddevelopmentofallethnicgroups,safeguardnationalunityandstabilityofalong-termurgentpoliticaltask.Tothisend,theMinistryofEducation,theNationalDevelopmentandReformCommission,theStateEthnicAffairsCommission,MinistryofFinanceMinistryofPersonnel,fivedevelopedacultureofethnicminoritiestodevelophigh-levelviewsofkeypersonnelfromthe2006-2010plantotrain20,000people,including16,000graduatestudentsgraduatemore,andthesepeoplemustreturntoworkinminorityareas,ethnicminorityareasofwesterneducation,technology,economicdevelopmentandtocontributetothisend,strengtheningminoritygraduatecoreprogramofideologicalandpoliticaleducationevenisurgent.@#@First,thebackboneofminoritygraduateprogramfeaturestheideologicalandpoliticaleducationSpecialstructureofthegroupfrom2005onwards,Chinabeganaminorityofhigh-levelkeyprojectpersonneltrainingprogram,theschoolin2010thenumberreached15000people,whiletheconcretemanifestationofthespecialnatureofsuchgroupsas:

@#@(astrongnationalcharacteristics,about90%arefromethnicminoritiesinethnicminorityareas,whileonly10%ofthepeopleareHanChinese.(2ofthesegroupsabout50%ofservingstaff,(3groupssignificantdifferencesinagestructure,almost40yearsolder,andsmall,only20yearsold(4groupsbaseduneven,someuniversityteachers,andsomejustgraduatedfromuniversity,butasmallpartofworkinginremoteareaspeople.@#@Minoritygraduateideologicalbackboneofthecomplexityduetothespecialtypeofpersonnelpolicyatthenational,specialpreferentialconditionsmoveintothegraduatestudents,makingtheirideologyisverycomplex.Asmallpartofuniversityteachersistoreallyimprovetheirprofessionallevel,becominganexpertinthisfield,inscientificresearchtoplayitsexpertise,inpart,toeasetheemploymentpressureundergraduategraduation,afraidtofacethecurrentcompetition,toavoidthecurrentsocialreality,theotherisworkinginCode,inordertochangetheirworkenvironmentorenhancetheirpositions.@#@Backboneofminoritygraduateworkaftergraduationwhereaboutsofunity,becausethesestudentsaredirectedtodevelopthecountryaftergraduationmustreturntotheirownareaorunitagreement,andwhereatleast5yearsofwork,ratherthanworkingsignedagreementbythelocalgovernmentjobsandservingdirectlybacktotheiroriginalunitssothatthedirectionoftheiremploymentiscompletelyfixed.@#@Ethnicminoritygroupsinthebackboneofgraduateandsuchgroups,mainlyfromtheethnicminorityareas,inpart,andHanpeople,fromacrossthecountry,agreatethnicdiversity.Marxismhasalwaysattachimportancetonationalcharacteristics,inpracticalworktotakegoodcareofnationalcharacteristics,andcharacteristicsofthenationcombined.Onlygoodunderstandingofnationalcharacteristics,thenation’spracticalandrealistictothecoreprogramgraduateminorityideologicalandpoliticaleducationworkwell.@#@Second,thebackboneofgraduateminorityproblemofideologicalandpoliticaleducation(AminorityofideologicalandpoliticalbackboneofgraduatemanagementeducationandlooseThefirstisthemanagementofthesedifferentnationalsystemsgraduateadmissions,undergraduatestudentsarealsodifferentfromtheiradmissionssystemsdonotscaleasthebasisandinonlyasmallpartofeachuniversity,thereisnospecificcounselor,butbytheinstructorwithwas,however,busywiththeirownresearchmentorforgraduatestudentswillignoretheideologicalandpoliticaleducationinourcountry’scomprehensiveuniversities,thegraduatemanagementmoreloosely,theyfocusonlyontwo,namely,doctoralandundergraduatestudentsandsecondly,becauseGraduateofhighlyspecializeddisciplines,graduatestudentsstudyinvariousdifferentdirections,resultinginarelativelyindependentwayoflearningandresearchactivities,theformationofafragmentedsituationfortheirownbusinessagain,asthenetworkdeveloped,theInternethasgraduateintoacommon,alotofthingsonthenetworksolution.Finally,manycollegesanduniversitiesatthisstageofideologicalandpoliticaleducationforgraduatestudentsfromtheGraduateSchool,theprofessionofhospitalleadersandotherpartiesinvolvedinpracticalwork,studentscannotberealdeepinto.@#@(BideologicalbiasIdeologicalandpoliticaleducationforgraduatestudents,therearetwoerrors:

@#@First,thatmostoftheolderstudents,worldview,values,outlookonlifehasbeenbasicallyformed,withaself-management,self-education,self-identificationcapabilities,isnotintheideologicalandpoliticaleducationlikecollegestudents,asnecessary,theimplementationofstrictrequirements,buttoturnablindeyecompletelyself-managementapproach.Thesecondisthatwithage,knowledgelevelofgrowth,politicalintegrityandmoralcharacterwillnaturallyimprove,andthereforerelaxedgraduateideologicalandpoliticaleducationWiththegraduatestudentenrollment,increasegreatlythenumberofgraduatestudents,graduatestudentsawiderangeofstateofmindappearedtrendideologicalandpoliticaleducationofgraduatestudentsisnecessarytoattachgreatimportancetotheideologicalandpoliticaleducationgraduatestudents.@#@(ThreesocialfactorsimpactongraduateThecontinuousdevelopmentofthesocialistmarketeconomy,theconceptofchangingpeople’slives.’sMaterialisticnatureofthemarketeconomy(themoneyfirst,orallthemoneydrivingpeopletothepursuitofpersonalinterestsandtheeconomicbenefits,andinsomeareashasshownaprofit-WangYi’smove.graduatestudentbodyinasociety,havetofaceatthesethings,andsometimeseventouchthesethings,theyareboundtogreatlyinfluencetheideas,makingsomestudentsneglecttheirownideologicalandmoralcultivation,lossofself-personality,irrational,andbentonthepursuitofeconomicefficiencyonlyaddition,becausesomepeoplearenowobsessedwithmoneyandthepursuitofpower,thegrowingincidenceofcorruption,whichseriouslyaffectedthemajorityofstudentstrustintheparty,ideologicalandpoliticaleducationsothatstudentsbecomepaleandweak,agraduatestudentreceivingadirectimpactontheeffectofideologicalandpoliticaleducation.Moreover,therapiddevelopmentofthenetwork,thenumberofonlinegraduatestudents,increaseaccesstime,graduatestudentshavebecomeInternetusersinhigh-riskgroups,althoughgraduatestudentsintheacademiclevelandagehavegrowth,butthenetwork’svirtualworld,seriouslyaffectedthethinkingofgraduatestudents,alsocontributedtotheirlackofaccountabilityandsocialconstraintsofpersonalitydevelopment,thelackofnetworkinformationliteracy,andmostofthenetworkofinformationliteracyeducationforgraduatestudentsonlystayinasimplecomputerpopularizationandapplicationoftechnology,donotknowhowhehastheinformationtosharewithothers,thelackofspecificationofnetworkinformationusingtheguidance,eventhoughmoststudentshavethecorrectbehaviorofvalues,butbecauseofthenetworkspaceofhumanbehaviorandspeechisdifficulttoprosecution,makingthenetworkapplicationtoacertainextent,theexpansionofthegraduatestudentstheflexibilityandfreedomofmoralbehavior.@#@Third,tostrengthenandimproveideologicalandpoliticalminoritygraduateeducationbackbone(Onetothecoreworkofpartybuilding,givefullplaytothecohesionofthepartyorganizationsCurrently,institutionsofhigherlearninginthepostgraduatestudentsinahighproportionofpartymembers,whichistostrengthentheideologicalandpoliticaleducationofgraduatestudentsforce.Tothisend,weshouldworkasgraduatestudentsPartyleaderandideologicaleducationcore,PartyLeagueBuilding,focusontheconstructionandpost-graduatecadreofpartymembersandcadrestraining,graduatestudentsthroughthestrengthofpartymembersandpartyorganizations,partymembersgatherbygraduatestudentsmoreeffectivelypromotetheschool’seducationalwork,butalsoenhancethequalityoftheirgraduatestudents,graduatestudentstheirownqualitywilldirectlyaffecttheentiregroupofgraduatestudentstocarryoutthesuccessofideologicalandpoliticalwork,strengthentheconstructionofapost-graduatestudentsofthebranchmemberstomaintainahighlevelofideologicalandpoliticalkey,youcangraduateto
