SECTION2JOINERWORK第2节-木工工作
2-1DivisionalBulkhead,LiningandCeiling分隔舱壁、衬板和天花板
Constructionofdivisionalbulkhead,liningandceilingconcerningfireprotectiontocomplywithrequirementsofSOLASandClassificationSociety.
对于防火保护有关的分隔舱壁、衬板和天花板，其结构应符合SOLAS以及船级社的要求。
Thearrangementofwalls,bulkheads,liningandceilinginaccommodationspacetobeinaccordancewithmethod1C.
居住区墙壁、舱壁、衬板和天花板的布置应按照1C的方式进行。
Clearheightinlivingspace,servicespacesandpassagestobenotlessthan2,100mm.
生活舱室、服务舱室和走道的净高应不小于2100mm。
2-1.1BulkheadandLining舱壁和衬板
Individualbulkheadsofpre-fabricatedpanelsincorridors,enclosurelivingspace,servicespacetohaveabout50mmthickrockwool,andpre-fabricatedpaneladjacenttosteelbulkheadstohaveabout25mmthickrockwool.Allpre-fabricatedpanelstobecoveredwithdecorativePVCfilmonabout0.6mmthickgalvanizedsheet.
对于走廊中、封闭的居住舱室、服务舱室中由预制板构成独立舱壁应采用50mm的岩棉，靠近舱壁的预制板应采用δ25mm厚的岩棉板制成。
所有的预制板应在δ0.6mm的镀锌板上覆盖有装饰用PVC片。

对于采用绝热或隔音或防火包扎的卫生处所应对其上δ0.6mm厚的镀锌簿板进行油漆处理。

对于走道、楼梯、封闭的生活舱室、服务舱室和控制站，其天花板应采用覆盖有约δ0.6mm厚镀锌簿板包扎的δ30mm厚岩棉预制板，并且其表面带装饰用PVC簿片。

应按照相关规范的要求对居住区进行防火绝缘、隔热绝缘和隔音绝缘包扎。
2-2.1Fireinsulation防火绝缘
FirefightinginsulationtobecompliedwithrequirementsofSOLAS.
防火绝缘包扎应满足SOLAS的要求。
2-2.2Heatinsulation隔热绝缘
Theboundariesofcompartmentinaccommodationspacefacingweatherexposedparttobeinsulatedinaccordancewiththefollowingtable.
对于居住舱室中露天面的舱壁应按照下表要求进行绝缘包扎。
Whereceilingorliningisnotfitted,rookwooltobecoveredwithglassclothes,butsanitaryspacetobecoveredwithgalvanizedsteelsheetandpainted.
对于未安装有天花板或衬板处，应采用覆盖有玻璃丝布的岩棉板进行包扎，但卫生舱室应覆盖有经过油漆的镀锌簿板。
