ReplacehydraulicoilandcleanAirfilter——every1500hours

Thehydraulicoilmightbehot.Waituntiltheoilcooleddownbeforebeginningwork.

1.Inordertoapproachability，rotateframe90parkingthemachineontheground.

4.Reducetheenginespeedtolowidlespeed.

5.Turnthekeyinthestartertothe“OFF”positiontostopengine,andpulloutthekey.

7.Cleanthetopofhydraulicoiltanktopreventdustintohydraulicsystem.

9.Openthecoverboardoftank.

10.Usethesuctionoilpumptakeouttheoil.Thecapacityoftankisabout180liters（47.5Americagallon）whentheoiladdedtoprescribelevel.

11.RemovetheSuctionFilterandhangedsticksubassembly.

12.Cleanthetankandtheinneroftank.Ifreplacethefilter,mountthenewfilteronthehangedstick.Tightenthenuttotorquefor14.7to19.6N·

m（1.5to2.0kgf·

m，10.8to14.5lbf·

ft）.

13.MountFilterandhangedsticksubassembly.Besureexactlygotothefilteronexit.

21.Loosenslowlytheexhaustplugtoreleasethecentralizedair.Whentheoilflowoutfromtheplugmouth,tightentheplug.

22.Runtheengineatrotatespeedof1200rpm.Operatethecontrolstickslowlyandplacidlyabout15minutestocleantheairintheinnerofsystem.

23.Gotothemachineinthestateofarmcylinderentiretydrawbackandbucketcylinderfullputout.
