3、re beginning work.5. Remove the dipstick, the oil level must above the mark.6. If need, open the cover and refill oil.7. Check the oil level again. Replace gear oilevery 1000hours4. Put the gate lock lever to the “OFF” position.5. Remove the drain plug that mounted on the end of drain tube and drain

4、 oil.6. Mount the drain plug.7. Open the added oil cover，and add oil to right level.Check oil levelevery 250 hours2. Swing the traveling motors until oil level plug bottom just on the oil level.3. Lower the bucket to the ground.4. Stop the engine. Pull out the key.5. Put the gate lock lever to the “

5、OFF” position. Keep the body and face away from air release plug. The gear oil is hot, must wait until the gear oil cooled down, and then loosen slowly the air drain plug to drain the air pressure.6. When the gear oil cooled down, loosen slowly the air drain plug to drain the air pressure.7. Remove

6、the test plug, oil level must up to the bottom of hole.8. Use the sealed belt wrap the thread of bolt, mount the bolt and then tighten bolt to torque of 49Nm （5kgfm）.9. Inspect the other Travel Reduction Gear oil level.Replace gear oilevery 2000 hours7. Remove the drain plug and drain oil8. Use the

7、sealed belt wrap the thread of bolt. Mount the bolt and then tighten bolt to torque of 49N.m（5kgf.m）.9. Remove the oil test plug.10. Refill oil until the oil overflow from the hole of the test plug.11. Use the sealed belt wrap the thread of the oil level test bolt and the air drain bolt. Mount bolts

8、, tighten bolt to torque of 49N.m（5kgf.m）12. 11、7. Check the hydraulic oil tank dipstick. The oil must be between marker, otherwise refill oil.8. Turn the cover slowly with counter-clockwise to release pressure, then open the cover carefully.9. Refill oil, and check the dipstick again.10. Mount the cover.Replace hydraulic oil and clean Air filter

12、every 1500 hours The hydraulic oil might be hot. Wait until the oil cooled down before beginning work.1. In order to approachability，rotate frame 90 parking the machine on the ground.4. Reduce the engine speed to low idle speed.5. Turn the key in the starter to the “OFF” position to stop engine, and

13、 pull out the key.7. Clean the top of hydraulic oil tank to prevent dust into hydraulic system.9. Open the cover board of tank.10. Use the suction oil pump take out the oil. The capacity of tank is about 180 liters （47.5 America gallon） when the oil added to prescribe level.11. Remove the Suction Fi

14、lter and hanged stick subassembly.12. Clean the tank and the inner of tank. If replace the filter, mount the new filter on the hanged stick. Tighten the nut to torque for 14.7 to 19.6Nm （1.5 to 2.0kgfm，10.8 to 14.5lbfft）.13. Mount Filter and hanged stick subassembly. Be sure exactly go to the filter

15、 on exit.14. Replace the return filter （see the maintenance of every 500 hours part）.15. Clean, mount and tighten the drain bolt.16. Mount the cover board of tank. Be sure filter and hanged stick on the exactly position. Tighten the bolt to torque for 49N17. Refill oil to between the marker of dipst

16、ick.IMPORTANCE: If the hydraulic pump has not oil，when the engine was started， it will be damage.18. Remove the release air plug from the top of the pump.19. Fill oil through the plug mouth and then mount plug.20. Start the engine and run at delay speed. Put a “DO NOT OPERATE” tag up to the gate loc

17、k lever. Be sure the pilot rod at rocked place.21. Loosen slowly the exhaust plug to release the centralized air. When the oil flow out from the plug mouth, tighten the plug.22. Run the engine at rotate speed of 1200rpm.Operate the control stick slowly and placidly about 15 minutes to clean the air

18、in the inner of system.23. Go to the machine in the state of arm cylinder entirety draw back and bucket cylinder full put out.24. Lower the bucket to ground.25. Reduce the engine speed to low idle speed. Stop engine, and pull out the key.26. Put the gate lock lever to the “OFF” position.27. Check hy

19、draulic oil tank dipstick. If need, refill oil.Replace the Return Filterevery 500 hours1. Parking the machine on the level ground.2. Lower the bucket to ground.3. Reduce the engine speed to low idle speed 4. Stop the engine; Pull out the key.6. Turn the cover slowly with counter-clockwise to release

20、 pressure, then open the cover carefully. On the bottom of cover has the spring tensile force. When remove the last two bolts, must press the cover.7. When remove the last two bolts, and press the cover with hand to conquer the spring tensile force. Open the cover.8. Remove spring, valve, and filtra

21、te part.9. Disuse filtrate part.10. Mount new filtrate part.11. Mount valve, cover and O-ring.12. Mount bolts and tighten to torque of 49N.m （5kgf.m，36 lbfReplace Pilot oil filterevery 1000 hours4. Turn the key switch to OFF and stop engine. Pull out the key.5. Operate the right gate lock lever ant

22、the left pilot to release the pressure of the pilot accumulator.7. Open the filter case.8. Pull down at the same time move forward and backward to remove the subassembly of filter.9. Remove and depose O-ring and filtrate part.10. Clean the area of filter head O-ring and filtrate part.11. Spread a th

23、in tier cleansing grease on the new O-ring, and mount the O-ring into the head of filter. Be sure the O-ring on the right place.12. Spread a thin tier cleansing grease on the loop area of filter head where the new subassembly will be fixed. Push upward at the same time move the parts forward and bac

24、kward slowly to mount the new filter subassembly.13. Clean the case filter.14. Mount the case. Tighten the case to torque of 29N.m （2 to 3kgf.m，14 to22 lbfCheck and maintenance of hydraulic setting In the course of operation, the parts of hydraulic system will get very hot, wait until the machine co

25、oled down before starting check.1. Be sure to parking the machine on the level and hard ground, when maintenance hydraulic setting.2. Lower the bucket to ground, and stop the engine.3.
