Inrecentyears,withtherestoftheworldcompetingtotourismasapillarindustryforthedevelopmentoflocalandregionalcompetitionamongthemoreobviousandin-depth.Howtobasetheirownreality,createcompetitiveadvantage,hasbecomeatoppriorityoftheregionaltourismdevelopment,butalsotravelinthenewroundofcompetitionoftherace.Onthecompetitivenessofregionaltourismcanenhancetheregionalcompetitionofthesenseofurgency,topromotediscoveryandunderstandingoftheregionalcompetitionintheirownstrengthsandweaknesses,andthenrapidresponse,positiveresponse,thelocalcompetitivenessthroughtheexpansionofChina'

(3)relatedandsupportingindustriesconditions;
(4)businessstrategy,structureandcompetition;
(5)governmentaction;
(6)opportunities.Forthetourismindustry,becauseofitscomprehensivefeaturesofitsdevelopment,determinetheimpactofcompetitivefactorsintheregionaltourismindustryisalsomultifaceted.Basedonthesefactorsaffectthecompetitivenessofthetourismindustry,thesize,canbedividedintoadecisivefactorinsupportingfactors,developmentalfactorsandsecurityfactors.Decisivefactorsincludetheconditionsofresources,tourismdemandconditions,thecompetitivenessoftourismenterprisesandtheregionalstatetourismimageoverseas.Thesefactorsconstitutethecoreofcompetitivenessofregionaltourism,butalsotoimprovethefuturecompetitivenessoftheregionaltourismindustrymustfocus.Factorssupportingthedevelopmentoftourismisnotsimplytoexist,buttheincreasethroughitsownperfectandcanbetterstimulateandpromotethecompetitivenessofregionaltourismenhancement.Suchfactorsincludeinfrastructure,relatedandsupportingindustryconditions,personnelquality,technologylevel.Regionaltourismdevelopmentfactoristheformationandsavingsbasedonthefuturecompetitiveness,mainlyreferringtotheregionaltourismresourcesdevelopmentandutilizationofcapacity,marketing,tourismenterprises,innovation,tourism,accesstocapitalandtheuseofcapacity,tourismindustry,optimization,adjustmentcapability.Protectivefactorsconstitutethedevelopmentofregionaltourismindustry,theexternalenvironment,topromoteandensurethesmoothdirectionoftourismdevelopmentalonghealthy.Suchfactorsincludethetourismenvironment,thegovernmentandotherdevelopmentopportunities.Affectthecompetitivenessoftheregionaltourismindustryisnotindependentofeachotherfourfactors,butanorganiccommunity.Decisivefactorincompetitivenessasaregionaltourisminthecorepartoftheirdevelopmentdirectlyaffectsthestrengthoftheoverallcompetitivenessoftheregion.Whenthesupportingfactorsformoreapproachandtilttothetourismindustry,thedevelopmentoffactorscanplayabetterrole.Thesupportingfactorsanddevelopmentalfactorsworkingtogether,canenhancethedecisivefactorsontheactualandpotentialtouristattraction,butalsotobettermeettheneedsofvisitorsandenhancevisitorsatisfactionprovideaguarantee.Factorscanprotectthedecisivefactor,supportingfactorsanddevelopmentalfactorsplaybettertocreateagoodatmosphere,contributedtotheseverity.
Second,toenhancethecompetitivenessofregionaltourismstrategychoice
CompetitiveloadingphasetheoryofPorterontheindustry,anotherimportantcontributiontocompetitiveness,accordingtothistheory,theformationofregionaltourismcompetitivenessgothroughfourstages,namely,factor-drivenstage,theinvestment-drivenstage,innovation-drivenstageandwealthdriverstage.Itischaracterizedbytwostages:
Inthefactor-drivenstage,theformationofcompetitivenessfromtherichresourcesoftheregionrequireregionalintegrationthroughtheresourcesfoundsuperiorresources,thentheresourceadvantageintocompetitiveadvantage.Investment-drivenstageoftheformationofthecompetitivenessoftheregionbenefitedfromgovernmentandbusinessandinvestmentwillingnessandabilitytothedevelopmentofadvancedproductionfactors.Formostofourregion,ontheonehandisrichintourismresources,accordingtodifferentlevelsofresources.Specificstrategychoicesareasfollows:
(A)strategicplanningofregionaltourismdevelopmentstrategy
Planningforthedevelopmentoftourisminaregioncrucialindeterminingthefuturedirectionoftheregionaltourismindustryandoverallprogramgoals.Regionaltourismdevelopmentstrategicplanningasacompetitiveregionaltourismproductdevelopmentisbasedonenhancingthecompetitivenessofregionaltourism,sustainabletourismdevelopmentasthegoaltoachieve,throughaspecificareaoftourismcompetitivestrengths,weaknesses,challenges,opportunitiesanalysis,choosetheappropriatelocaldevelopmentstrategy,andthenYangzhangbuduantoensurelong-termregionaltourism,sustainableandstabledevelopment.Withtraditionalplanningforregionaltourism,regionaltourismdevelopmentstrategicplanningamorecomprehensiveandtargetedtospecificimplementationonalotofflexibilitythere,andthereforemoresuitableinthecompetitiveenvironmentfortourismdevelopmentbytheguide.Regionaldevelopmentthroughregionaltourismstrategicplanning,caneffectivelyintegrateresourcestomaximizetheminingandupgradingcapacitydevelopmentandutilizationtoavoidunnecessarywastecausedbywrongdecisionssoastofurtherenhancethepotentialofregionaltourismcompetitiveness.

Tourismdevelopmentrequiresafavorableexternalenvironment,anyoneoftourismenterprisesandgroupscancreateandleadallDuindustrytocreatesuchanenvironment,whichrequiresthedevelopmentoftourismGovernmentLeadingStrategytobe.Asagovernmentdepartment,shouldplayanactiveandeffectivecoordinationoftheirowninitiativeandcapabilities,leadingtowardsagooddirectionforregionaltourismdevelopment.Theauthorbelievesthatthegovernmentdepartmentstoachievethefollowingthreeaspectsofitsleadingrole:
First,establishagoodmarketcompetition,improvethetourismmarketsystemandstrengthenthelawsandregulationsontourism,andcreateafairandreasonablecompetitioninorder;
thesecondistheestablishmentofaflexibleindustrialdevelopmentpoliciesandreasonableinvestments,increasedcapitalinvestmentinthetourismindustry,encourageandtravelagents;
thirdistostrengthenthecoordinationandguidingroleofthegovernment,weakeningregulatoryfunctionstothetourismindustryandenterprisemoredevelopmentspaceandoptions.
(C)ofthetourismproductdifferentiationstrategyseries
Tourismproductsiscarriedoutbasedtourismactivitiesandconditions.Enrichedandimprovedinallregionstravelthroughtheproductlinecanenhancetheoveralllevelofsupplycapacityandtoincreasetheintensityofthetouristsbuy.Intheinternationaltourismmarket,alargenumberofhomogeneousproductsfloodedconditions,andadheretodifferentproductlines,caneffectivelyavoidweakeningthehomogeneitybetweenregionsduetostrongcompetitionresultingproduct.Meanwhile,theneighboringregionthroughthedifferentiationbetweentheproductscanalsoachievetheeffectofYangchangbuduaninterestinregionalcooperationandwin-winsituation.Ofcourse,themoreimportantcharacteristicofdifferentiatedtourismproductsinthemarketmoreeasilyattracttouristsandstimulatethevisitorstobuy.Theformationofdifferentiatedtourismproductsshouldbebasedontheregion'
