ToestablishastandardprocedureformanagementofHydraulicHoseAssembliesusedinThyssenKruppEngineComponents（China）（PNAN）topreventincidentcausedbyhydraulichoseassemblies.蒂森克虏伯发动机零部件（中国）有限公司（以下简称PNAN）建立标准的程序管理，来预防因为液压管件带来的危害事件。

2.2NKC81051Hydraulichoseassembliesmanagementprocedure液压管件管理程序

3.1HydraulicHoseAssembliespurchasedbyPNANmusthavethefollowinginformation:

PNAN采购的液压管及组件必须含有以下信息：

-Nameandsymbolofthemanufacturer制造商的名称及标志

-Defaultnumberoftheproduct产品编号

-Typeofhose液压管类型

-Dimensions参数

-Pressurerange压力范围

-Dateofmanufacture生产日期

Note:

Allhosespurchased（mountedorloose）shallbeprovidedwiththeendsbufferedandrecentlymanufacturedatmost6months.

说明：

所有采购的管件（组装好的或开口的）的开口应该封口，并且为新近生产的，至多六个月。

3.2Warehouseandmaintenanceshouldinspectifalltherequirementsaremeetbeforemigo.仓库和维修应在收货前检查是否满足以上所有要求才能收货。

HydraulicHosesAssembliesshouldbestoredaccordingtothefollowingrules:

液压管及组件储存应满足以下条件：

4.1Maximumstoragelifeofhydraulichoseassemblies:

2years;

液压管组件最大储存时间：

4.2Maximumstoragelifeofhydraulichoses:

4years;

液压管最大储存时间：

4.3Storeinacool,dry,low-dustenvironment（low-duststoragecanbeachievedforexamplebywrappinginplasticsheet）;

储存于凉爽、干燥、低尘环境中（例如可采用塑料膜包裹产品）；

4.4Storagetemperaturesbetween+15˚Cand+25˚C,relativehumidity<

65%;

储存温度介于+15˚C和+25˚C之间，相对湿度小于65%；

4.5Avoiddirectexposuretosunlight/ultravioletlight;

避免阳光/紫外线直射；

4.6Shieldnearbyheatsources;

屏蔽附近热源；

4.7Donotuseozone-generatinglampsorspark-producingelectricalequipmentinthedirectvicinity（ozone-generatinglampsareforexamplefluorescentlamps,mercuryvaporlamps）;

在无屏蔽的情况下，不在储存区域附近使用产生臭氧的灯具或产生火花的电气设备（产生臭氧的灯如日光灯，水银灯）；

4.8Hosesandhoseassembliesmustnotcomeintocontactwithsubstanceswhichcouldcausedamage（e.g.acids,alkalis,solvents）;

严禁接触可能致损的物质（如酸、碱、溶剂）；

4.9Hosesandhoseassembliesmustbestoredwithouttension;

必须在无张力的情况下储存；

4.10Whenstoringcoils,theminimumbendingradiusspecifiedbymanufacturermustbeobserved;

当储存线圈时，制造商明确的最低卷曲半径必须遵守；

4.11Wraptheendsinsheetingtopreventozoneandotherharmfulaircomponentsentering.管线终端用薄膜包裹，避免臭氧及其他有害空气组分进入。

4.12Supplierinstructionsshouldbefollowediftherearefurtherrequirementbesidesaboveitems.如果供应商说明中有以上条款未包括的要求，应该遵守。

WhenHydraulicHosesAssembliesareusedinthesuppliers’/contractors’installation,theserulesaboveshouldbemet.

如果液压管及组件由供应商/承包商进行安装，则其储存应满足以上的要求。

5.Riskassessmentandclassification风险评估及分组

Forusehydraulichoseassemblies,shouldbeperformedariskvaluation:

使用液压管组件，应进行风险评估：

-Shouldverifyandvaluetherisksinvolvedintheexecutionofplannedwork,intheplacewheresuchservicewillbeheld.应对计划工作在指定地点实施时所涉及的风险进行确认和评估。

-Shoulddefinemeasurestoprotectthehealthandsafetyofemployees.应制定措施保障雇员的健康和安全。

Theassessmentshouldconsiderrisksparticularlyrelatedtotheuseofhydraulichoseassemblies,andalso,anyriskproducedbyinteractionbetweenvariousitemsofequipment,thoseincontactwithspecificsubstancesorwiththepredominantworkenvironment.评估中需特别考虑与使用液压管组件相关的风险，包括设备间各组件交互产生的风险，接触特殊物质或环境导致的风险等。

Peopleinvolvedintheseactivitiesshouldfirstconsiderthepotentialriskswhenusingthehydraulichoseassemblies,referringthebelowitems:

参与评估的人员，应首先参考以下条目，考虑使用液压管时的潜在风险：

-Hydraulicfluidsexhaustunderhighpressureduetoleaks,damageorblowoutofhydraulichoseassemblies;

液压管组件渗漏、损坏或松脱造成液压流体因高压排出；

-Hydraulicfluidthatexhaustduetocomponentdisassembleunderpressure;

带压力拆卸组件导致液压流体排出；

-Suddenfallormovementofmachinecomponentincaseofhoseassembliesfailure;

液压管故障导致机器组件突然松脱或移动；

-Mooringandpulsationofhoseassembliesincaseofpressurepulses;

压力脉冲导致管件震动和异响；

-Possiblehealthriskwhenhandlinghydraulicfluid;

传输液压流体时存在的健康风险；

-Fireriskincaseofhydraulicfluidsleak;

液压流体渗漏造成的起火风险；

-Riskofpeopleslippingorfallingduetothehydraulicfluidspillonthefloor.液压流体洒在地上造成人员滑倒；

Consideringtheitemsabovedescribed,theriskassessmentshouldbeperformedbyusingthe"

RiskClassificationQuestionnaire（HydraulicHoseAssemblies）"

.鉴于上述几项，应使用“液压管及组件风险评级问卷”进行风险评估。

Theresultoftheassessmentshouldbeusedtoclassifygroupsinwhichthehosesorhydraulichoseassembliesbelong.评估结果应用于给液压管和组件分组。

HydraulicHosesAssembliesareclassifiedintothreegroups（1-3）.Theclassificationisbasedoncriteriaestablishedon“RiskClassificationQuestionnaire（HydraulicHoseAssemblies）”.液压管及组件分为三组（1-3）。

分类标准见“风险评级问卷（液压管及组件）”。

7.Inspectionandreplacementperiod检查及更换周期

7.1Theperiods（cycle）forroutineinspectionofHydraulicHosesAssembliesshouldbedefinedbeforeanyoperation;

otherwisethereisariskofusing/operatingHydraulicHosesAssembliesforlongtimewithoutinspection.必须在液压管及组件在投入使用前明确检查周期；

否则存在液压管及组件长期使用而未进行检查的风险。

7.2Theintervalsbetweenroutineinspectionsmustbeadequateinordertopreventanydeficiencythatmayleadtoanunsafeoperation.检查间隔时间应合理设置，以确保及时发现及整改可能导致不安全操作的缺陷。

7.3TheinspectionandreplacementofHydraulicHosesAssembliesshouldoccurasfollows:

液压管及组件必须按照以下频次进行检查及更换:

8.Disposalofusedhydraulichosesassemblies报废液压软管组件的处理

8.1Usedhydraulichosesandassembliesmustnotbereused.报废的液压软管及组件禁止重复使用。

8.2Anyusedhydraulichosesandassembliesshouldbepainted/markedREDandshouldbescrappedimmediately.报废的液压软管及组件应该标记为红色，并且立即报废。

9.DocumentationandRecord文件及记录

9.1TheSAPPMsystemsendsworkorders,toperiodicallyinformthemachinesusinghosesandhydraulichoseassemblieswhenthereisneedofinspectionorreplacement.SAP的PM系统定期生成对使用液压管的机器进行检查或更换的工作指令。

9.2Inspectionsandreplacementcanbeexecutedthroughworkordersgeneratedbysystem.根据系统生成的指令对液压管及其组件进行相关检查或更换工作。

9.3Whenfinishtheseactivities,theworkordersareenteredinsystemthroughtransactionIW32（closure）,keepingintractablerecord:

完成以上工作内容后输入SAP系统，代码IW32（关单）。

10.1Sincethetransportationofhydraulicfluidsinhardpipescarriessignificantlylowerpotentialrisksthantransportationinhydraulichoseassemblies,thehardpipesshouldbeusedwhenevertechnicallyandeconomicallypractical.在硬质管件中传输液压液体，相比使用液压管传输，潜在风险较小。

因此，只要技术和经济上可行，应尽量使用硬质管件。

10.2Ifitiscriticaltousehydraulichoseassemblies,it’snecessarytoverifyifthebelowprotectivemeasurescanbeimplantedasalternatives:

如果必须使用液压管组件传输液体，有必要确定做到以下保护措施：

10.2.1Usefluidswithlowcombustionornon-flammablehydraulicfluids;

使用低燃烧或不可燃液压流体；

10.2.2Protectthehydraulichoseassemblieswithaprotectivehose,forexample:

fireproofhose;

使用保护管件保护液压管组件，例如：

防火管件。

10.2.3Installnon-flammablehosesforhydraulicsystem;

液压系统中使用不可燃管件；

10.2.4Automaticemergencystopofhydraulicpump;

液压泵紧急情况下自动急停；

10.2.5Installamanualemergencystopswitchforoilpumps（shutdownasasafedistance）.为油泵安装手动急停开关（保持安全距离关机）。

11.1Purchaseteam采购部门：

11.1.1TopurchaseHydraulicHoseAssembliesaccordingtoitem3;

购买的液压管及组件满足第2章中的要求

11.2Warehouse仓库：

11.2.1ToensurestorageofHydraulicHoseAssembliescomplywithitem3.储存液压管及组件满足第3章中的要求。

11.2.2Conductincominginspectionbeforemigo.在入库前进行检查。

11.2.3Regularinspectacordingtoitem7toseeifexpired.根据第7章要求定期检查储存的液压管件是否到期。

11.3MaintenanceTeam:

维修部门：

11.3.1ToprepareandsubmittheplanofHydraulicHoseAssembliesinspection/replacement,andkeeprelatedrecord.制定并提交液压管及组件检查及更换的计划，保存相关记录。

11.3.2Toidentfifyhosesaccordingtoitem6,andimplementtheplanofHydraulicHoseAssembliesinspection/replacement.根据第6章的要求制作标签，执行液压管及组件检查及更换的计划并保存相关记录。
