Theheartcanpumpthebloodtoallpartsofthebodymoreefficientlyasthefitnesslevelrises.Anefficientheartbeatslessnumberoftimesperminute,especiallywhenyouareresting.ThehigherlevelofRHRshowshowharderthehearthastowork.TheconditionwhereRHRofmorethan100beatsperminuteisnoticediscalledtachycardia(心动过速).
