K01.ScopeofCover（A）

Itisagreedandunderstoodthat,subjecttotheApplicanthavingpaidtheagreedadditionalpremium,theInsurershallindemnifytheInsuredinrespectoflossofGrossProfitresultingfrominterruptionoforinterferencewiththebusinessatthepremisesinconsequenceofphysicaldamagetothepropertyusedinbusinessoperationcausedbyperilsorhazardscoveredunderthePhysicalDamageInsuranceduringtheperiodofinsurance.

ProvidedthattheInsurershallnotbeliableforanylossduetocausesasfollowing:

1.willfulactand/orgrossnegligenceoftheApplicantand/ortheInsured;

and/or

2.earthquakeortsunamiand/orsecondarydisasterssocaused;

3.strike,riot,civilcommotion,maliciousdamagean/oractofterrorism;

4.confiscation,temporaryorpermanentrequisitionbyorderofthegovernmentdejureordefactoorbyanypublicauthority;

5.nuclearradiation,nuclearfission,nuclearfusion,nuclearpollutionorcontaminationandotherradioactivepollutionorcontamination;

6.pollutionofatmosphere,soil,waterandothernon-radioactivepollution;

7.otherexclusionswhichagreedbytheInsurerandtheInsured.

ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,ConditionsandExclusionsofthisPolicy.

Itisagreedandunderstoodthat,subjecttotheApplicanthavingpaidtheagreedadditionalpremium,lossasinsuredbythisPolicyresultingfrominterruptionoforinterferencewiththebusinessinconsequenceofthedamage（aswithindefine）topropertyinthevicinityofthePremiseswhichshallpreventorhindertheusethereofofaccessthereto,whetherthePremisesorpropertyoftheInsuredthereinshallbedamagedornot,shallbedeemedtobelossresultingfromdamagetopropertyusedbytheInsuredatthePremises.

ThisClauseissubjectotherwisetotheterms,conditionsandexclusionsofthisPolicy.

Provided,however,thattheInsurershallnotbeliableforanylossiftheaforesaidpreventionoftheuseofthepremiseorthehinderoftheaccesstheretoiscontributedtothefailureofgasand/orwatersupplyinthevicinityofInsuredpremisesresultingfromthepropertydamagethereof.

TheindemnitylimitunderthisclauseshallnotexceedtherelevantsublimitsstatedinthePolicy.

K08.Murder,InfectiousDisease,andFoodContaminationExtensionClause（A）

Itisagreedandunderstoodthat,subjecttotheApplicanthavingpaidtheagreedadditionalpremium,thisPolicyisextendedtocoverlossasinsuredhereunderresultingfrominterruptionoforinterferencewiththeBusinesscarriedonbytheInsuredatthePremisesinconsequencesof:

1.MurderorsuicideoccurringatthePremisesstatedinthePolicy;

2.Closure&

/orquarantineofthePremisesstatedinthePolicybyorderofacompetentpublicauthorityduetoNotifiableInfectiousDiseasemanifestedbyanypersonatthePremises;

3.ClosingofthewholeorpartofthepremisesbyorderofacompetentpulblicauthorityconsequentupondefectsinthedrainsandothersanitaryfacilitiesatthePremisesstatedinthePolicy.

4.InjuryorillnesssustainedbyanyguestarisingfromspoilageoforinfectiousmatterinfoodordrinksprovidedatthePremisesstatedinthePolicy.

InrespectofeachandeveryoccurrenceofthedamagegivingrisetoaclaimunderthisClause,theInsurershallnotbeliableforthefirstseventy-two（72）hoursofsuchloss.

ItisaconditionprecedenttoanyliabilityoftheInsurerthattheInsuredshallobserveandfulfillrelevantlaws,regulationsandrequirementsonsecurity,sanitationandhealth,andshallexerciseduediligencetoavoidtheoccurrenceofthecontingenciesaforementioned.

1.ThecancellationoforinabilitytoacceptbookingsforaccommodationatthepremisesasaresultofanoutbreakofaninfectiousorcontagiousdiseaseoccurringatthePremises;

2.MurderorsuicideoccurringatthePremises;

3.InjuryorillnesssustainedbyanyguestarisingfromspoilageoforinfectiousmatterinfoodordrinksprovidedatthePremises;

4.ClosingofthewholeorpartofthePremisesbyorderofacompetentpublicauthorityconsequentupondefectsinthedrainsandothersanitaryfacilitiesatthePremises.

ItisaconditionprecedenttoliabilityonthepartoftheInsurerthattheInsuredshallmakesureeveryarticleisappropriatelyusedandshallexerciseduediligencetoavoidtheoccurrenceofthecontingenciesaforementioned.

Theindemnitylimitunderthisclauseshallnotexceed__.

4.ClosingofthewholeorpartofthepremisesbyorderofacompetentpublicauthorityconsequentupondefectsinthedrainsandothersanitaryfacilitiesatthePremises.

InrespectofeachandeveryoccurrenceofthedamagegivingrisetoaclaimunderthisClause,theInsurershallnotbeliableforthefirstthree（3）daysofsuchloss.

Itisagreedandunderstoodthat,subjecttotheApplicanthavingpaidtheagreedadditionalpremium,thispolicyisextendedtocoverlossresultingfrominterruptionoforinterferencewiththebusinessasthedirectandsoleresultofNotifiableInfectiousDiseasemanifestedbyanypersonattheInsuredPremiseswhichresultsinthetotalclosure&

/orquarantineoftheInsuredPremisesbyorderofacompetentgovernmen
