Definitionofanorder:

3.termsofpayment;

5.timeoftransportation,portofdestinationandtimeofshipmentetc..

Anordershouldatleastcontainthefollowingpoints:

1.Usedirectlanguageinthefirstparagraphtotellthesellerofthebuyer’sintentiontoplaceanorder.

2.Describewhatisbeingorderedingreatdetail.Indicatethecatalognumbers,sizes,colors,prices,specificationsandallotherrelevantinformationthatwillenablethesellertofilltheorderwithoutanyfurtherquestions.

3.Closetheletterbyexpressingwillingnesstocooperateorsuggestingfuturebusinessdealings.

Thefollowingstructurecanbeforyourreferenceinplacinganorder:

1.Expressappreciationfortheorderreceived.

2.Assurethebuyersthatthegoodstheyhaveorderedwillbedeliveredincompliancewiththeirrequest.Itisalsoadvisableforthesellerstotaketheopportunitytoreselltheirproductsortointroducetheirotherproductstothebuyers.
