Technicalpreparation

Editconstructionplan,technicalmeasures,andinstallationmaterialbudgebasedonconstructiondrawings,specificationsandotherrelateddocument.

Constructionstaffpreparation

MobilizeandarrangeconstructionstaffaccordingtotheConstructionPlan.Alltheconstructionpersonnelshouldbegivenatechnicalinstructionandsafetyinstructioninordertomakethemunderstandtheprocesscharacteristics,machine'

soperationconditionandperformance,constructiontechnicalplanandthestructureofthemachine,andtomakethemgraspconstructionprocedure,methods,andthekeypointsofspecialprocess.

Tomakesurealltheinstallationtools（forrigging,disassemblyandchecking）,shims,andconsumablematerialareavailable.

●Theequipmentinstallationisfinished,alltheinstallationrecordsarecomplete,theworkiscompliedwiththerequirementsofthespecificationandthetechnicaldocuments,thesecondarygroutingischeckedandconfirmedwhichhasreachedthedesignstrength,theanchorboltshavebeenfastenedandthefinishingworkiscompleted.

●AttachedEquipmentandPipingSystem

●Theconstructionforsuchutilityasthecoolingwater,circulatingwater,gasandsteamneededfortest-runisfinishedandreadyforuse.

●Theelectricalandinstrumentarequalifiedaftercalibrationandtheinterlockprotectionissensitiveandprecise.

●Theoiltank,bearingboxandgearboxhavebeenchargedwithlubricatingoil（grease）accordingtotherequirement.
