15、Single Mechanical EquipmentTest-run of the MotorRequirement for Test-run of Single Unit The barring inspection should be done before the start and it should be flexible in rotation; Starting machine as per the requirement of the technical document; The running of the equipment is stable and smooth w

16、ithout abnormity; The mechanical vibration value should be tested which is qualified when it is complied with the regulations of the specification and the technical document of the manufacturer; the value is usually not more than 0.10mm; The temperature of each part of the machine should be complied

17、 with the requirement of the mechanical operation instruction; The current of the motor should be stable and there should be no sudden change; There is no leakage at each sealing part of the machine; The electrical, instrument control unit and protective unit run well with precise action; The equipm

18、ent and pipeline system work normally without abnormal sound and leakage; The time for test-run with load （or without load） is usually not less than 2h as per the regulations of the specification and the technical document of the manufacturer. During the course of the test-run, the machine and equip

19、ment should work stably and each parameter should reach the required value;After the test-run of the single equipment is qualified, the subsequent work should be done well, including discharging the medium, dismounting the temporary facilities and the restoring work.Appendix 1: Installation scheme f
