诺华生物医药动物房项目【排水水施工方案】

1、工程概况Projectprofile

本工程为诺华动物房项目地板以下排水管道系工程，包含2个系统，生活污水排水系统，实验室排水系统。

管道采用聚丙烯管，采用承插式连接，管道量约为1100米。

各个系统的范围描述如下：

生活污水排水管系统SanitaryWastePipingSystem

各个生活污水点的废水将通过管道收集至生活污水收集池，并由提升泵提升输送至厂区污水管网。

Everylifesewagepointofwastewaterthroughthepipewillcollecttosewagecollectionpool,andbedeliverytothefactorysewagepipenetworkbyliftpump.

实验室排污系统LabEffluentDrainage

实验室废水将通过管道收集至实验室废水收集池，并由提升泵输送至废水中和系统，经实验室废水中和站内设备处理后排至室外污水收集池。

特殊的实验废液将由业主在附近设置的桶槽收集外运处理。

施工准备→套管预埋→测量定位→挖碎石→铺细沙→管道安装→灌水实验→管道验收→填细沙、碎石回填

4、材料简介briefintroductionofthematerial

PP管，全称纳米超静音阻燃耐高温聚丙烯排水管，是近年开发的新型排水管，具有优良的综合性能。

静音性能优越，具有高强度、绝缘性好、吸水率低、热变形温度高（可长期承受95℃的热水排放）、密度小、结晶度高等特点。

有着良好的耐溶剂、耐油类、耐弱酸、弱碱等性能。

还具有高度抗蠕变和应力松弛能力，优良的耐磨性，自润滑性，无毒、环保可回收，是其它工程塑料不能相比的。
