TielingCityinLiaoningProvince,north,northChina’simportantindustrialbaseofthefoodandenergyindustrybase,itshighlevelofgroundwaterexploitationinordertoguaranteetheeconomicdevelopmentofTielingCity,hadtoover-exploitationinmanypartsofwaterstability,easeofdevelopmentofgroundwater,leadingtoaseriesofquestions,especiallytoreducetheamountofgroundwaterandwaterqualitydegradationbythegeneralconcernofthecommunity,promotesustainabledevelopmentintoday’slong-termefficientuseofgroundwaterresourceshasbecomeimperative.
1dynamiccharacteristicsofgroundwaterTielingCity,accordingtotheconditionsandhydrauliccharacteristicsofgroundwateroccurrence,groundwatercanbeclassifiedaslooserockporewater,porewaterclasticrocksandfracturedbedrockfissurewater.Unconsolidatedrockporewaterforthisareathemaingroundwatertypes.
Themainsourceofgroundwaterrechargeisprecipitation,infiltrationofprecipitationbedrockfractureisthemainwaytorechargegroundwater,precipitationintothegroundalongthebedrockfissures,formingthebedrockfissurewater,andthentoundergroundspringintheformofrunoffor,supplythefourthDepartmentofporewaterorstreams.Inadditiontheupperandlateralhighgroundwaterrecharge,andpart-timerunoffwatersupply,irrigationwaterinfiltrationisasupplysource.
Agroundwaterleveldynamiccharacteristicsdynamicgroundwaterlevelandriveraffectedbyatmosphericprecipitation,cyclicalchangesgraduallydecliningwatertable1-5,6-monthinJuly,affectedbyprecipitation,thewaterbegantoriseintheJuneincreasewasaboutforthe0.50-4.0m,9,10thehighestwaterlevelinJanuary,aftertheendofOctober,thewaterlevelslowlydecreased,thewaterlevelthereisastrongseasonalvariation,bytheobviousfactorsofprecipitation.wetyearsthewatertablerose,dryyears,fallingwatertables,whiletheeffectsduetotheconcentrationofmining,watersourcesandtheNorthBalizhuangbreedingstockfieldnearthewatertableislow,andtheformationofthegroundwaterconeofdepression.

(GB/T14848-93standards,groundwaterqualityinthisareacanbedividedintothreelevels,namely,goodwaterquality,waterqualityispoor,verypoorwaterquality.WaterqualityisgoodtopaythecountylevellocatedinthevillageChangtu,poorwaterqualitylevelmainlyinTielingCountywhiteflagwhiteflagZhaiXiangZhai,ChangtuCountyBridgeTownshipgasstationandXifengevenmorecarvedcarvedvillagearea,generallypoorwaterqualitygradedistributioninthisarea.
2thebasicsituationofgroundwaterexploitationTielingCity,groundwaterexploitation,mainlyTieling,Kaiyuanbuilttofocusonexploitationofwaterresources,inadditiontoWells’sfactories,minesandminingexploitationofirrigationwells,accordingtoitspurposeandtheamountintwoareas,namelyurbanwaterfocusonminingareasandminingareas,agriculturalanddomesticwater.
Concentrationofurbanwaterminingarea:
locatedinYinzhouDistrict,Tieling(urbanplanningareaandKaiyuanDistrict,thisareaislocatedinthealluvialplainsoftheLiaoheandChaiheterracesabovethesandtogravel,roundgravelasthemainQuaternaryunconsolidatedrocktheporewater-bearingrockgroup,widelydistributed,layerisstable,thick,shallow,permeability,adequatesupplies.isfavorableagro-industrialanddomesticwaterlots.
Agricultureanddomesticwaterminingarea:
widelydistributedinthisareacities,counties,villages.
Long-termfocusinthisareaduetotheimpactofminingintheNorthStateBankofTielingCityBalizhuangbreedingstockplantswithwatertoformtwoareasoflandnearthefunnelfunnel.2010Northnearthecenterofthedryseasonwatersourceisgroundwaterdepth10.03m,groundwaterwaterleveldepressionconearea2.19km2,thanthesameperiodin2009,expanding0.70squarekilometers,thewetperiodgroundwaterdepthof5.10m,thegroundwaterleveldepressionconearea0.05km2,thanthesameperiodin2009reduced4.79km2.
PlantbreedingstockBalizhuang2010dryseasongroundwaterdepthnearthecenterofthefunnelis4.77m,thegroundwaterleveldepressionconearea3.74km2,thanthesameperiodof2009toexpand2.25km2,wetperiodgroundwaterdepthof1.40m,thegroundwaterleveldepressionconearea0.21km2,thanthesameperiodin2009reduced2.82km2.
3groundwaterresourcesdevelopmentandutilizationproblemsAlocalminingintensityistoolarge,theformationofoverexploited,accordingtoasurveyconductedformanyyears,theStateBankofTielingCitywithNorthBalizhuangwaterneartheplantareallbreedingstockover-exploitationofgroundwaterareas,thedensityistoolargeextractionwells,wellspacingistoosmall,wellsandwellsmustexistbetweentheinterferenceiscausedbyfallingwatertables,watercutunderlyingfactor.
2waterpollutionproblems.Tielingregionsexistinthecaseofmixedextraction,aswellasexploitationofthepoorwellprocess,thesealinglayercannotbegood,thattheupperporedivingandoverlyingclasticrocksunderpore-fissurewatermixedextraction,resultinginvaryingdegreesofcontaminationbytheupperlayeroflooseporedivingintothelowerpartofthefracturedporousrocksaquifers,waterqualitydeteriorating.
Divingpollutionismainlyminedinmixedcityandrice-growingareas,mainlyduetoleakingsewersinurbanareas,ruralfarmlandduetourbanexpansionofthelandfill,theexcessiveapplicationofagriculturalfertilizersandpesticides.Urbansewageandgarbage,isleadingtoandincreasingurbanpollutionofgroundwaterisanimportantfactor.
3groundwaterexploitationinthe‘Resources’wasteofgroundwaterresourcesdevelopmentandutilizationofwasteismoreseriousagriculturalwaterwellsdoesnotexceed80%utilization,canalpipeleakageisserious.Industrialwaterrecyclingrateislow,domesticwaterisnotfullyimplementedquantitative,fixed,regularwatersupply,groundwaterusemorecommondisorder,thatextensivewateruse,waterconservationisnotthewaytogo.
4lackofscientificmanagementandearlywarningmonitoringsystem.TielingCityiscurrentlythedevelopmentofgroundwatermanagementhavenottakenaccordingtolaw,onhowtoeffectivelycontrolthedevelopmentandutilizationofgroundwateraquiferstoextendthelifethereisnolaw,resultinginachaoticstateofgroundwaterexploitationwasThecity’snotyetformedacompletenetworkofgroundwatermonitoringinformationsystem,therebycontrollingthewatersourcewellenough,managementisnotreasonabletofurtherenhancethesustainableuseofgroundwaterresourcesrequirements.
4recommendationsforsustainableuseofgroundwater
Astrictcontrolofgroundwaterextractioninthegroundwaterexploitation,wemustfullyconsiderthelocalgroundwaterconditions,integratedvariousfactors,todevelopthetypeofminingareas,therationalallocationofextraction,toavoidandmitigatetheoccurrenceofgroundwaterover-exploitationandworse.Theformationoftheconeofdepressionthathavebeenoverexploitedtodo:
①reducethenumberofextractionwells,wellspacingtodetermineareasonablenumberofexplorationwells,②monitoringofwaterlevelrecovery,sothatinthedryseasonthewaterlevelandregionallevelactivitiesconsistent,③controlmixedmining,improveWellintotheprocess,sothatthesealinglayerandmining.
2topreventgroundwatercontamination.Protectionofgroundwaterresources,isessentialtopreventcontaminationshouldbethestrengtheningofindustrialwastewateranddomesticsewagetreatmentrateandrecyclerate,closeabandonedwells,recoverywellstopreventmixing,topreventdeep-waterpollution,strengthengroundwatermonitoring,controlgroundwaterpollutionandthedevelopmentandtrends,andscientificpredictionandprevention,accordingtothesocialvalueofwatersourcesandtheirownvulnerability,wemustfocusonscienceanddelineationofprotectedareas,theprotectionofgroundwaterasacomprehensivesourcewaterprotectionareas.
