专职设备维护人员负责撰写更新公司所有重要机床的维护保养文件（包括保养指南，保养计划，保养纪录登记表）。

专职设备维护人员负责电力系统，气动系统，空调系统等基础设施的维护和保养。

3.5EMPisresponsibleforthecommunicationwithproviderstosolvedifficultproblemsofourproductionmachines.

专职设备维护人员负责联系供应商，解决我公司生产设备中的疑难问题。

3.6EMPisresponsibleforEquipmentsmodification.

专职设备维护人员负责公司所有设备的改进。

4.Concepts/术语：

4.1EMPreferstoEquipmentmaintenanceperson.

EMP：

专职设备维护人员

4.2Equipmentresponsibleperson:

Thepersonwhospecialresponsibleforacertainequipment.Thispersonnormallyisagroupleaderofthemachineoperators.Hecaninspecttheusingofthemachine.Hecanarrangesomeoperatorstofinishdailyandbasicmaintenanceandsupportadvancedandcompletemaintenance

设备负责人:

通常为设备操作员所在小组的组长，能够监督操作员的操作，并安排其操作员进行日常保养，一级保养，参与并支持二级、三级保养。

5.Procedures/程序:

5.1Equipmentresponsibleperson:

Eachequipmentinthecompanyisassignedtoacertainresponsibilityperson.Theresponsibilitypersonensureshisequipmentcanbeusedcorrectly,wellmaintainedandrunnormally.

公司每台设备都有一个设备负责人，设备负责人负责保证其设备正确使用，合理保养，正常运转。

5.2Equipmentusingprocedures/设备使用程序：

Beforeusingtheequipment,theusermustgettrainingfromprofessionalpersonsuchasmachineprovider,qualifiedoperator.Equipmentcanonlybeusedbyauthorizedoperator.

在设备使用前，使用人员必须接受专业人员（如设备供应商，熟练操作工）的培训。

仅有授权的人员才能够操作相关设备

Operatormustknowhowtooperatethemachine;

howtomakethedailymaintenanceandcleaningjob,acquireknowledgeaboutsafetyoperationandthedevicefunction.

操作员必须达到会操作、清楚日常保养知识和安全操作知识、熟悉设备性能的程度。

Operatorworkswiththemachineaccordingtoguidelinesstrictly.Handovermachinetothenextshiftcarefullyandseriously.

操作人员严格按照操作规程工作，认真交接班。

Stopthemachinewhileabnormityappearsandcontacttheresponsibilitypersonfortroubleshooting.

设备发现异常立刻停机，联系设备负责人解决问题。

5.3Equipmentmaintenanceprocedures/设备维护保养程序：

Dailymaintenance

日常保养

Clean,lubricate,fastenpartsthateasytobeloosen.Inspectinternalityofparts.Thiskindofmaintenanceisdonenormallyatoutsideofthemachinebyoperator.

进行清洁、润滑、紧固易松动的零件，检查零件、部件的完整。

这类保养大多在设备的外部，由操作者承担。

Basicmaintenance

一级保养

Rifelyfasten，clean,lubricate,partlyadjust.ThiskindofmaintenanceisundertakenbyEquipmentresponsiblepersonandoperator.

普遍的进行拧紧、清洁、润滑、紧固。

部分的调整。

这类保养一般由操作者参与，设备负责人承担。

Advancedmaintenance

二级保养

Internalclean,lubricate.Partlydisassemblymachineforcheckandadjusting.ThiskindofmaintenanceisundertakenbyEMPandEquipmentresponsibleperson.

内部清洁,润滑，局部解体检查和调整。

一般由专职设备维护人员承担，设备负责人参与。

Completemaintenance

三级保养

Disassemblyandcheckthemainbodyoftheequipment,adjust.Changewearingpartsifnecessary.Measure,check,recordthemainpart.ThiskindofmaintenanceisundertakenbyEMPorprovider’sservicepeople,Equipmentresponsiblepersonshouldattendandsupport.

对设备主体部分进行解体检查和调整工作.必要时对达到规定磨损限度的零件加以更换。

对主要零部件的磨损情况进行测量、鉴定和记录。

这部分工作一般在设备负责人的参与支持下由专职设备维护人员或外请的维修供应商承担。

EMPwritesmaintenanceguidelineforeachimportantmachine,andtrainoperatorsaboutthemaintenancejob.

对于每台重要设备，专职设备维护人员负责撰写保养指南，并对操作员进行保养培训。

EMPwritesmaintenanceplanandmaintenancerecordtemplateforeachimportantmachine.

专职设备维护人员负责撰写保养计划，保养纪录登记表。

Equipmentresponsiblepersonensuresthedailymaintenanceandbasicmaintenancetobedoneaccordingtothemaintenanceplanandthemaintenancetoberecordedcorrectly.

设备负责人安排并确保设备日常保养，一级保养按计划进行，确保保养过程被正确纪录。

EMPensurestheadvancedmaintenanceandcompletemaintenancetobedoneaccordingtothemaintenanceplan,ensuresthemaintenancetoberecordedcorrectly.Ifnecessary,Equipmentresponsiblepersonshouldattendandarrangethemanpowersupportfortheadvancedmaintenanceandcompletelymaintenance.

专职设备维护人员安排并确保设备二、三级保养按计划进行，确保保养过程被正确纪录。

设备负责人需参与安排人员支持二、三级保养工作。

5.4Equipmentstatusinspection/设备状况检查

Equipmentresponsiblepersonmakesthecheckofhisequipmenttermlybyhimself.

设备负责人定期自检设备的状态。

EMPinspectsallequipmentsofthecompanyaperiodically.

专职设备维护人员不定期巡检公司所有设备状况。

Equipmentresponsiblepersonshouldrepairthemachinesorapplyforadvancedrepairifanyproblemdetectedthoughinspection.

检查过程中如果发现机器有任何问题，设备负责人负责自行修理或申请修理。

5.5Equipmentrepair/modificationserviceprocedures/设备修理，改造服务程序

Equipmentresponsiblepersonisresponsibleforexecutionofthesimplerepairjobwhichhecan.

设备负责人负责执行其可以完成的简单维修工作。

Fordifficultfailures,unplannedadvancedorcompletemaintenance,equipmentmodification，equipmentresponsiblepersonshouldfilltheformtoapplyforEMPservice.

对于复杂的问题，非计划的二级、三级保养，设备改造等情况，由机床负责人填表申请专职设备维护人员服务。

EMPcheckstherequest,analysesservicedemand,preparesthesolution.Iftheservicecanbedonebyinternalemployee,EMPandEquipmentresponsiblepersonexecutethejobtogether.

专职设备维护人员检查并分析服务需求，准备解决方案，如果该服务可由公司内部员工完成，专职设备维护人员和机床负责人共同完成此工作。

Iftheservicehavetobedonebyoutsideserviceprovider,EMPisresponsibleforcontactandselecttheprovider.Whenoutsideprovidercomes,EMPandEquipmentresponsiblepersonshouldjointheservicetogivemanpowersupportandgetknowledgeabouttheequipment.

如果服务必须由外部来完成，专职设备维护人员负责联系外部服务供应商。

当供应商过来执行服务时，专职设备维护人员及机床负责人必须参与服务工作，以提供人力支持，学习设备知识。

Expensivespareparts（≥RMB2000）changecostandoutsideservicecostshouldbeapprovedbydepartmentmanagerbeforeservicestarts.

对于贵重的备件（（≥RMB2000）更换费用和服务费用，在执行服务以前必须得到部门经理的批准。

Allequipmentserviceshouldbeconfirmedafterfinish.InternalserviceshouldbeconfirmedbyEquipmentresponsibleperson.OutsideserviceshouldbeconfirmedbybothEMPandEquipmentresponsibleperson.

所有的设备服务工作完成后必须得到最终确认。

内部服务由设备负责人来确认，外部服务由专职设备维护人员及机床负责人共同确认。

5.6Contingencyplanforproductionequipment

生产设备的应急措施

Forunscheduledpowerfailure,EMPisresponsibleforthestartupofbackupelectricalgeneratortokeepourofficebuildingrunning,

当出现突然停电时，EMP负责启动备用发电机来保证办公楼的正常工作。

Forunscheduledmachinebreakdown,equipmentresponsiblepersonisrequiredtoswitchbackupmachinealongwithdepartmentleaderpriorapprovalinordertocontinuetheproductionandexecutepoint5.5.

当机器出现突然故障时，设备负责人在部门主管的批准下，转移到备用机器继续进行生产并执行5.5项内容的工作。

Forpneumaticsystem,whenfirstaircompressorfails,thesecondaircompressorwillbeautomaticallystartedupandEMPisresponsibleformaintenanceoffirstaircompressor.

对于气动设备，当第一台空气压缩机出现故障时，第二台空气压缩机会立即自动开始工作，同时，EMP负责尽快对第一台空气压缩机进行维修。

InadditiontoCNCequipmentbreakdown,afterCNCequipmentisrepaired,firstly,itneedstodosampletestmeasurementtoverifyiftherepairedCNCequipmentcanbequalified.CNCdepartmentusesatestsampletobeprocessedbytherepairedCNCequipmentaccordingtosetparameters,andthenputthetestsampleonmeasuringdevicetocheck.WhenthecheckingresultisOK,therepairedCNCequipmentcanbequalifiedandwillbeputbackandinuseinnormalproduction;

ifthecheckingresultfailed,theCNCdepartmentshouldfindthereasonandarrangefollowupaction,untilitcanpassthechecking.

另外关于CNC设备的故障事宜，在CNC设备维修之后，首先，需进行“测试样板测量”来验证维修后的设备是否合格。

CNC部门将“测试样板”放入维修后的CNC设备内，然后根据设定好的参数进行加工，加工完成后后将“测试样板”放在测量设备上进行检查。

当检查结果合格时，则维修后的CNC设备确认为合格，可以投入正常生产使用;

如果检查结果为不合格，CNC部门需寻找原因并安排后续行动，直到能通过检查为止。
