3、ncepts/术语： 4.1 EMP refers to Equipment maintenance person.EMP：专职设备维护人员 4.2 Equipment responsible person: The person who special responsible for a certain equipment. This person normally is a group leader of the machine operators. He can inspect the using of the machine. He can arrange some operators

4、 to finish daily and basic maintenance and support advanced and complete maintenance 设备负责人:通常为设备操作员所在小组的组长，能够监督操作员的操作，并安排其操作员进行日常保养，一级保养，参与并支持二级、三级保养。5. Procedures/程序:5.1 Equipment responsible person:Each equipment in the company is assigned to a certain responsibility person. The responsibility per

5、son ensures his equipment can be used correctly, well maintained and run normally.公司每台设备都有一个设备负责人，设备负责人负责保证其设备正确使用，合理保养，正常运转。5.2 Equipment using procedures/设备使用程序：Before using the equipment, the user must get training from professional person such as machine provider, qualified operator. Equipment c

6、an only be used by authorized operator.在设备使用前，使用人员必须接受专业人员（如设备供应商，熟练操作工）的培训。仅有授权的人员才能够操作相关设备Operator must know how to operate the machine; how to make the daily maintenance and cleaning job, acquire knowledge about safety operation and the device function.操作员必须达到会操作、清楚日常保养知识和安全操作知识、熟悉设备性能的程度。Operato

Partly disassembly machine for check

This kind of maintenance is undertaken by EMP and Equipment responsible person.内部清洁,润滑，局部解体检查和调整。一般由专职设备维护人员承担，设备负责人参与。Complete maintenance三级保养Disassembly and check the main body of the equipment, adjust. Change wearing parts if necessary. Measure, check, record the main part. This ki

14、ttend and arrange the manpower support for the advanced maintenance and completely maintenance. 专职设备维护人员安排并确保设备二、三级保养按计划进行，确保保养过程被正确纪录。设备负责人需参与安排人员支持二、三级保养工作。5.4 Equipment status inspection/设备状况检查Equipment responsible person makes the check of his equipment termly by himself.设备负责人定期自检设备的状态。EMP inspe

15、cts all equipments of the company a periodically.专职设备维护人员不定期巡检公司所有设备状况。Equipment responsible person should repair the machines or apply for advanced repair if any problem detected though inspection.检查过程中如果发现机器有任何问题，设备负责人负责自行修理或申请修理。5.5 Equipment repair/modification service procedures/设备修理，改造服务程序Equi

16、pment responsible person is responsible for execution of the simple repair job which he can.设备负责人负责执行其可以完成的简单维修工作。For difficult failures, unplanned advanced or complete maintenance, equipment modification ，equipment responsible person should fill the form to apply for EMP service.对于复杂的问题，非计划的二级、三级保养

17、，设备改造等情况，由机床负责人填表申请专职设备维护人员服务。EMP checks the request, analyses service demand, prepares the solution. If the service can be done by internal employee, EMP and Equipment responsible person execute the job together.专职设备维护人员检查并分析服务需求，准备解决方案，如果该服务可由公司内部员工完成，专职设备维护人员和机床负责人共同完成此工作。If the service have to b

18、e done by outside service provider, EMP is responsible for contact and select the provider. When outside provider comes, EMP and Equipment responsible person should join the service to give manpower support and get knowledge about the equipment.如果服务必须由外部来完成，专职设备维护人员负责联系外部服务供应商。当供应商过来执行服务时，专职设备维护人员及机

19、床负责人必须参与服务工作，以提供人力支持，学习设备知识。Expensive spare parts （RMB2000） change cost and outside service cost should be approved by department manager before service starts.对于贵重的备件（RMB2000）更换费用和服务费用，在执行服务以前必须得到部门经理的批准。All equipment service should be confirmed after finish. Internal service should be confirmed by

Outside service should be confirmed by both EMP and Equipment responsible person.所有的设备服务工作完成后必须得到最终确认。内部服务由设备负责人来确认，外部服务由专职设备维护人员及机床负责人共同确认。5.6 Contingency plan for production equipment 生产设备的应急措施For unscheduled power failure, EMP is responsible for the start up of back

21、up electrical generator to keep our office building running, 当出现突然停电时，EMP负责启动备用发电机来保证办公楼的正常工作。For unscheduled machine breakdown, equipment responsible person is required to switch backup machine along with department leader prior approval in order to continue the production and execute point 5.5. 当机

22、器出现突然故障时，设备负责人在部门主管的批准下，转移到备用机器继续进行生产并执行5.5项内容的工作。For pneumatic system, when first air compressor fails, the second air compressor will be automatically started up and EMP is responsible for maintenance of first air compressor.对于气动设备，当第一台空气压缩机出现故障时，第二台空气压缩机会立即自动开始工作，同时，EMP负责尽快对第一台空气压缩机进行维修。In additi

23、on to CNC equipment breakdown, after CNC equipment is repaired, firstly, it needs to do sample test measurement to verify if the repaired CNC equipment can be qualified. CNC department uses a test sample to be processed by the repaired CNC equipment according to set parameters, and then put the test

24、 sample on measuring device to check. When the checking result is OK, the repaired CNC equipment can be qualified and will be put back and in use in normal production; if the checking result failed, the CNC department should find the reason and arrange follow up action, until it can pass the checkin

25、g.另外关于CNC设备的故障事宜，在CNC设备维修之后，首先，需进行“测试样板测量”来验证维修后的设备是否合格。CNC部门将“测试样板”放入维修后的CNC设备内，然后根据设定好的参数进行加工，加工完成后后将“测试样板”放在测量设备上进行检查。当检查结果合格时，则维修后的CNC设备确认为合格，可以投入正常生产使用; 如果检查结果为不合格，CNC部门需寻找原因并安排后续行动，直到能通过检查为止。6.
