Therelativeimportanceofnaturaltalentandtrainingisafrequenttopicofdiscussionwhenpeopletrytoexplaindifferentlevelsofabilityin,forexample,sport,artormusic.
Obviously,educationsystemsarebasedonthebeliefthatallchildrencaneffectivelybetaughttoacquiredifferentskills,includingthoseassociatedwithsport,artormusic.Sofromourwonschoolexperience,wecanfindplentyofevidencetosupporttheviewthatachildcanacquiretheseskillswithcontinuedteachingandguidedpractice.
However,somepeoplebelievethatinnatetalentiswhatdifferentiatesapersonwhohasbeentrainedtoplayasportoraninstrument,fromthosewhobecomegoodplayers.Inotherwords,thereismoretotheskillthanagoodlearnedtechnique,andthisextratalentcannotbetaught,nomatterhowgoodtheteacherorhowfrequentlyachildpractices.
Ipersonallythinkthatsomepeopledohavetalentsthatareprobablyinheritedviatheirgenes.Suchtalentscangiveindividualsafacilityforcertainskillsthatallowthemtoexcel,whilemorehard-workingstudentsnevermanagetoreachacomparablelevel.But,aswithallquestionsofnatureversusnurture,theyarenotmutuallyexclusive.Goodmusiciansorartistsandexceptionalsportsstarshaveprobablysucceededbecauseofbothgoodtrainingandnaturaltalent.Withoutthenaturaltalent,continuoustrainingwouldbeneitherattractivenorproductive,andwithoutthetraining,thechildrenwouldnotlearnhowtoexploitanddeveloptheirtalent.
Inconclusion,Iagreethatanychildcanbetaughtparticularskills,buttobereallygoodinareassuchasmusic,artorsport,thensomenaturaltalentisrequired.(282words)

Fixingpunishmentsforeachtypeofcrimehasbeenadebatableissue.Therearemanyargumentssupportingbothviews,thoseforandthoseagainstfixedpunishments.
Ontheonehand,fixedpunishmentswillhaveadeterringeffectonsociety.Individualsknowingthattheywillbesubjecttoacertainpunishmentiftheyareconvictedwithagivencrimewillreconsidercommittingthisactinthefirstplace.
Thisdeterringeffectalsoleadstosocialstabilityandsecurity,throughminimizingthenumberofcrimescommitted.
Ifpeopleknewtheywouldbeabletoconvincethecourtorthejuryofareasonforhavingcommittedthecrimetheyareaccusedof,penaldecisionswouldbelargely
