教学反思

孩子们的学习热情非常高,奖励机制以及小贴纸的方法对孩子们很有效。

但是有极个别的孩子上课有些分神,也许是想爸妈了。

对于这些孩子,我课后会主动安慰,进行思想上的沟通,拉近我与孩子们的距离。

利用歌曲学习英语,孩子们非常喜欢,进行单词操练的时候,“魔法手”也起到很大的作用。
