Abstract

Totalqualitymanagementafteralongstageofdevelopment,fromqualitymanagementideasandmethodsofthedeeming(PDCAcycle)developmenttothePhilippinesfortroot,putforwardtheconceptofthebeginning,theworldhascarriedonthethoroughresearchtoit,thetotalqualitymanagementthoughtandmethod,thetheoryofapplicationanddevelopmentconstantlyinpractice.Contentandrequirementsofqualitymanagementstandardizationwiththespreadoftheconceptoftotalqualitymanagement,moreandmorecompaniesbegantoadoptthiskindofmanagementmethod,itistheworldrecognizedtheeffectivequalitymanagementmode.Thecoreoftheproductdesignqualitymanagementplanbasedoncustomerasthecenter,designproductsthatcustomersneed,speeduptheproductdesign,guaranteethequalityoftheproductdesign,toachieveproductdesign.Goalistosavetheproductcost,maketheproductdesignmeetstherequirementsandrelatedstandards,reducerework,enhancethecompetitivenessoftheproducthastheprofoundsignificance.

1Introduction

Totalqualitymanagement(TQM)isanimportantcontentofenterprisemanagementmodernizationandscientific.ItoriginatedintheUnitedStatesinthe1960s,waslaterWesternEuropeandJapantopromotegraduallygetrapiddevelopment.Itistheprincipleofapplicationofmathematicalstatisticsmethodforqualitycontrolandqualitymanagementtorealizequantitative,changetheafterinspectionofthequalityoftheproductsforthequalitycontrolintheprocessofproduction.Totalqualitymanagement(TQM),firstofall,themeaningofqualityiscomprehensive,includingnotonlytheproductqualityofservice,butalsothequalityofwork,workwithqualityguaranteethequalityoftheproductorservice;

Second,itisthewholeprocessofqualitymanagement,notonlytomanagethemanufacturingprocess,andmanagementofprocurement,designuntilthewholeprocessofstorage,salesandafter-salesservice.Internationalqualityacademyofsciencesliezhangpointedoutthatthebestthingsintheworldthanthetotalqualitymanagement.Hehasaveryincisiveinsightsfortotalqualitymanagementis:

totalqualitymanagementistoimprovestaffqualityandenterprisequality,toimprovequality,reduceconsumptionandincreasetheefficiencyofpurpose;

2Therelativeconceptsoftotalqualitymanagement

2.1Thedefinitionofquality

Qualityfromtheviewpointofcustomersintoconsiderationandstrengthentotheproduct.Qualityimportanceliesinitsconsistency,itisakindofculture,isawayoflife.Forexample,workability,reliability,durability,operational,etc.,butsomequalitycharacteristicsisnoteasytobeidentified.Inaword,toimprovetheconsistencyofquality,makeitabetterfocustomeetcustomerdemand,toexceedcustomerexpectations,istherealquality.Traditionalproductionorientedenterprise,thequalityofproductsareusuallyonlybebookfinanciallosseslinkedwiththecompany:

toreworkcost,scrap,andwarrantyandservicecoststomeasurethequalityoftheproduct.Thecustomeristhemostimportantpartoftheproductionsystem,duetothehighqualityproductsandservicesisnotlostcanensurethattheoldcustomersandattractnewcustomers,alsocanimprovethecompany'

sreputationandincreasemarketshare.Customeriscanfeeltheproductsquality,andcanpassthedemandincreaseanddecreaseoffeedback.Goodqualityproductscanattractmorecustomers,thishasbroughtthecompanymarketspace,butalsoaprofit.Thedefinitionofnationalstandards:

qualityistheproductorservicecharacteristicsandfeaturesoftheabilitytosatisfystatedorimpliedneeds.Andpopulardefinitionofquality:

qualityistheuserofaproduct(includingservices)satisfactionmeasurement.Qualityisthelifeoftheproductorservice.

2.2Qualitymanagement

Qualitymanagementisthequalityofcommandandcontrolcoordinateactivitiesoftheorganization.Qualitymanagementinvolvesallaspectsoftheorganization,itrequiresaroundformthewholeprocessofproductquality,throughtheestablishmentandimplementationofqualitypolicyandqualityobjectives,toprovidethemarketwithproductstomeettherequirementsofcustomersandotherinterestedparties.Qualitymanagementofthemainactivitiesinclude:
