二、HUT’steachingqualityassurancesystemtospecialitiesavailable
Since2004,theschoolhasbeeninatrytoholdinternationalcooperationineducation,havingsignedcooperativeframeworkagreements,oneatreranother,withanumberofschoolsintheUnitedStates,Britain,NewZealandandothercountries,andhavingconductedextensiveexchangesandcooperationwiththem.InJanuary2007,HUThadofficiallylaunchedprogramofadmissionstoNewZealandNeilsonMarlboroughInstituteoftechnology,andWitley,UNITECInstituteofTechnology.InAugust2009,HUT,undertheapprovalfromMinistryofeducationfortherecord,earnedthepermissiontoasino-foreigncooperationwithUKUniversityofWorcesterinHNDeducationprogram.Overyearsofresearchandpractice,wehavemasteredbasiclawoftheinternationalcooperativeeducation,ensuringthesteadyimprovementinqualityoftalentcultivation,andasoundteachingqualityinsurancesystem.
1、Buildqualityawarenessamongfaculty,emphasizethefullinvolvementoffacultyinteachingqualitymanagement.Theschoolleadershipandteachingdepartmentattachegreatimportancetoteachingwork,andhaveissuedaseriesofpoliciestoencourageallteachingstafftocareabout,supportteachingwork.Itisemphasizedthatteachingenjoyscentralpositionandattention.
2、Setupaspecialorganization,andclearresponsibility.InternationalCollegeteachingqualitymanagementleadinggroupiscomposedofdean,secretary,vicedean,directoroftheteachingaffairsoffice,directorofstudentaffairsoffice,studentinformationmanager.DeanistheheadresponsibleforteachingqualityofSino-foreignHNDproject;
thedeaninchargeofdailyteachingwork,isresponsibleforexamination,approval,andcarryoutofeachingtasks,aswellasforthedeploymentofteachingqualityinspection.Atthesametime,hehelpsdean,thetoundertakealltasksinconstructionofprofession,course,teachingbase,andlaboratoryandsoon.
3、Innovatetalenttrainingschemeandcurriculumsystem,andstrengthenthemonitoringovertalenttraininggoal,displinecharacteristicsandschool-ruuningtarget.TostrengthentheunderstandingofUKUniversityofWorcester,andthecontactwithBeijingAcademyofOrientaleducation;
makejointeffortstoestablishatalenttrainingschemeandcurriculumsystem,whichisconducivetoalinkofteachingsystemandteachingcontentbetweenChinaandUK,alinkofcollege-educatedbackgroundtoundergraduatebackground,enablingtheintegrationoftheoryandteachingpractice,andshrinkingtheculturaldifferencesbetweenChineseandWesternculture.Thequalityoftalentcultivationcan’tbesecureduntiltheprogrammaticdocumentsaremadescientifical,standardized.
4、Strengthentheconstructionofteachingstaff,andinnovateteachingorganizationandmanagementsystem.Throughtheintroductionandintegrationofschool-runningresources,InternationalCollege,withtheassitanceofprofessionalfaculties,andschoolsrunbysocialforces,buildsthe“four-in-oneteachingresourcessharingandmanagementmode”,thenoptimizestheteachingorganizationandmanagementprocess.
5、Strengthenthesupervisionoverteachingprocess,andcarryout
