Trafficcannotdowithoutmoderncityparkingfacilities,and"stophard"andhasbeentroubledcountriesintheworldofcommonproblems.Theimpactofindustrializationonurbantransport,therapideconomicdevelopment,urban（non-）surgeinvehiclepopulation,particularlytheemergenceofalargenumberofprivatecars,makingmanycountries,includingChina'sgrowingparkingprobleminbigcities.Motoriststotravelatthesametimeenjoythefreedom,theyhadtofaceduetolackofresourcescausedbythesearchforparkingspacesindistress.Especiallyforthedrivingexperienceisshort,travel,orarenotfamiliarwithalimitednumberofmotoristswhotraveldestination,ifthedestinationbeforethetripdidnotunderstandthedistributionofparkingfacilitiesnearby,itmaybeconfusedandconvoluted,"ParkPatrol"embarrassment.Ontheotherhand,somecarparksaresetupintheground,positionabitmore,parkpathsfar,newlybuiltandotherfactorswerenotconcernedaboutorevenunknown,eveninpeaktimes,noonecares.Thus,itisnecessarytopreparebeforethetripofParkingGuidanceandInformationSystemforsimpleprofile.
