装配体的分析模拟是公认的最尖端的CAD/CAE技术之一,这项技术使得人们得以精确的预测一个多零部件的结构的性能。

传统的,也是最直接的装配方法是先简单的导入装配体的各个零部件,确定它们的空间相对位置,然后人为地确定各零部件在整个装配体中的接触关系,建立接触单元。

此过程在其他CAE软件中须采用手工方式完成,不仅需要漫长的虚拟整机建立过程,同时,还需要工程师对结构的各项指标、限制、风险全面的了解。
