Thisprogramaimsatcultivatingthespecializedpersonnelofgoodqualityinthemanagementofclinicalmedicineandpublichealthwhocanadapttotheneedsofthedevelopmentofpublichealthinourcountry.Thiskindofqualityguaranteesthatthey,aftergraduation,willbeabletobeengagedinhealthmanagement,hospitaladministration,healthanalysis-solutionandappraisal,andsoonandguaranteesthattheyhavetheproperfoundationtocarryonlifelonglearningandadvancedstudiesinmedicineandhealthmanagement.

二、基本规格要求

II．Basicstandardrequired

本专业学生应掌握医学的基础理论、基本知识；

掌握卫生管理学的基础理论、基本知识和基本技能；

具有利用行为科学、社会科学的研究方法开展科学管理和科学研究的能力。

毕业生应获得以下的态度、知识和技能：

Studentsofthisspecialtyshouldmasterthebasictheoryandknowledgeinclinicalmedicineandthebasictheories,knowledge,andskillsinthescienceofhealthmanagement;

thestudentsshouldalsohavetheabilityofdevelopingscientificmanagementandthescientificresearchbyusingtheresearchtechniquesofbehavioralscienceandsocialscience.

Graduatesshouldacquirethefollowingattitude,knowledgeandskills:

知识要求

1.掌握基础医学、临床医学和公共卫生与预防医学的基础理论和基本知识。

2.熟悉我国卫生事业发展的基本方针、政策。

3.了解卫生系统基本状况、主要特点和发展趋势，以适应卫生系统改革的需要。

4.掌握现代管理学、卫生管理学及相关学科的基本理论，能够进行科学管理的研究和实践，并能指导未来的卫生管理工作。

5.掌握公共卫生及其管理的相关知识，并能运用其知识指导公共卫生管理实践。

6.掌握卫生经济学、卫生法学、组织行为学的基础理论，了解各门学科的发展前沿，能较好的指导实践工作。

7.掌握医院管理的基本理论，了解医院管理学的新进展，有效地进行管理工作。

9.掌握一门外语,具有较强的交流和阅读能力。
