另一方面是我国金融市场的金融资体系不完善，包括中小企业缺乏必要的政策支持。

企业作为构成国家经济重要部分，其发展程度直接影响我国经济实力。

因此，企业当务之急就是要有效解决企业融资难问题。

在本文研究中主要采用了文献资料整理分析法和个案研究法。

针对金中科技公司融资问题进行探讨，在充分了解金中科技公司的基础之上，对企业融资现状进行分析，通过分析找出其存在的问题，进而分析融资难的原因，同时也为其他企业提供借鉴。

Morethan30yearsofreformandopeningup,thedevelopmentofsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesareindispensableimportantcomponentinthesocialandeconomicdevelopment,toexpandemployment,activemarket,increasedtaxation,socialstabilityandformingreasonablenationaleconomicstructure,promotingChina'

seconomicdevelopmentandinstitutionalinnovationplayanirreplaceablerole.Ourcountrysmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesgenerallysmallerscale,fastgrowth,enterpriseorganizationstructureissimple,intheprocessofdevelopmentofdemandformoneyisquiteurgent,oftenthelackofadequatefinancialsupport,sotheenterpriseinvestmentandfinancingforsmallandmedium-sizedenterprisesisparticularlyimportant.

Takinggoldinthetechnologycompaniesastheresearchobject,foundthegoldtechnologycompaniesinthemainproblemsoffinancingislowcreditrating,thefinancingchannels,andsinglefinancingway.Andthecausesoftheseproblems:

1.1.1研究背景

从我国目前的经济状况来看，中小企业的发展越来越受到国家的重视，其中民营企业的发展最为迅速，它们已经成为国家GDP增长的主力军。

首先，中小企业的就业人数达到全国就业人数的百分之八十，为我国的大部分人口解决了就业的问题。

其次，中小型民因企业的GDP总量占全国GDP总量的五分之三，与之相对应的纳税金额也占全国纳税总额的半数，进出口贸易总额占全国总额的百分之六十八，是地方财政收入的主要来源。

城镇中小民营企业的发展减小的城乡之间的贫富差距，为下岗职工，农闲在家的农户提供了就业的机会，但是中小型民营企业依然摆脱不了资金短缺的问题，没有足够经济的支持企业发展遇到
