2.1Scope

2.1.1Thisenvironmentalmanualprovidesageneralframeworkfortheenvironmentalmanagementsystemcorrespondingtoallactivities,productsandservicesofManufactureofsoftmagneticpowdercores,samariumcobaltpermanentmagnetsandprecisionmechanicalandelectricalassembliesforthereprographicsindustryofArnoldMagnetics（Shenzhen）Limitedsoastoimproveenvironmentalmanagement,protectenvironment,preventpollutionandachievecontinualimprovement.

2.1.2Theenvironmentalmanagementsystemappliesto:

2.2.1ThefollowingEnvironmentalPolicyisreviewedandendorsedbythetopmanagementofAML.

∙DXCLtdwillestablishgoalsandtargetsforenvironmentalperformance,andwillimplementmeasuresintendedtoachievethesegoalsandtargets.

∙DXCLtdwillperiodicallyconductacomprehensiveassessmentofthenatureandscaleofenvironmentalconcernsrelatedtoitsbusiness.

∙DXCLtdbelievesthateffectiveenvironmentalmanagementiscloselylinkedwithefficientbusinesspractices,andwillcontinuetoplaceahighpriorityonimprovedenvironmentalmanagementpracticesthatarealsoefficientbusinesspractices.

RegulatoryCompliance

∙DXCLtdwillmakealleffortstobeawareof,andtocomplywith,relevantworldwideenvironmentallegislation.

EmployeeAwareness

∙DXCLtdwillidentifytheknowledgeandskillsrequiredofitsemployees,andwilltrainandequipthemtocarryouttheirdutiesinamannerconsistentwithitsenvironmentalmanagementpolicies.

PollutionPrevention

∙DXCLtdwilldeveloppollutionpreventionandwasteminimizationprogramstoaddressenvironmentalissues,including,butnotlimitedtoairandwaterqualityandwastemanagement.

∙DXCLtdwillcontinuetosupporttheprogramsintendedtodevelopmethodsforminimizingtheimpactofitsoperationsontheenvironment.

Public

∙DXCLtdiscommittedtoopencommunicationwithmembersofthecommunitiesinwhichtheyoperate.

2.2.2Topmanagementshallsetupandperiodicallyreviewcompany’sstrategicenvironmentalobjectivestoensurethecontinualimprovementandtoensurecustomersatisfaction.

2.2.3TopmanagementshallcommunicatetheenvironmentalpolicyandenvironmentalobjectiveswithinthecompanyineveryJanuaryandsummarizetheachievementspermonthorperquarter（forsomeitems）.

3.IntroductiontotheEnvrionmentalManual

3.1Introduction

Theenvironmentalmanualofthecompany（“thismanual”）describesthegeneralframeofEnvironmentalManagementSystemestablishedaccordingtoISO14000:

2004standardinArnold（Shenzhen）,includingenvironmentalpolicy,theorganizationstructure,responsibilitiesandauthoritiesofeverydepartment,theinterrelationshipamongfunctionaldepartments.

3.2ControloftheManual

3.2.1General

3.2.1.1ThismanualiscontrolledpertheDocumentandDataControlProcedure.

3.2.1.2Thismanualisissuedeitherascontrolledcopyorasuncontrolledcopywhichisidentifiedonthecoversheetofthismanual.

3.2.1.3Thecontrolledcopiesofthismanualareissuedtothosedepartmentswhicharelistedinthedistributionlist.

3.2.1.4Theholdersofcontrolledcopiesareresponsibleforprovidingtheirsubordinatesreadingandunderstandingthismanualandassuringtheirsubordinatesimplementingthepolicystipulatedinthismanual.

3.2.1.5Ifthismanualisrevised,theholdersofthismanualshallbenotifiedandshallbedistributedwithacopyofnewrevisionimmediately.

3.2.1.6Uncontrolledcopiesmaybedistributedtoanycustomers,suppliersorothersonrequestofManagementRepresentative（MR）.Uncontrolledcopiesofthismanualarenotupdatedwhenthismanualisrevised.

3.2.2Approval

3.2.2.1Thismanualisreviewedandapprovedbythefollowings:

3.2.3IssueandDistribution
