中文摘要

本课题探讨保定古城历史文化保护的问题。

保定是第二批全国历史文化名城

之一,至今已有两千多年的悠久历史,17世纪到20世纪中叶近三百年时间里,保

定先为直隶总督署,后两度成为河北省省会,一直是河北政治、经济、文化中心,

保定有众多历史文化资源,是河北省第一文物大市、全国拥有省级以上文保单位

最多的地级市,目前保定市区现状共有各类文物保护单位共36处,全国重点文物

保护单位5处,省级文物保护单位7处,市级文物保护单位24处,及l2处重点民居,

总体情况是保护级别越高文物保护的越好,也就是说国家级文物好于省级文物,

省级文物好于市级文物,而重点民居大多残破,亟待维修。

城市中的传统建筑是

这个城市特有的文化与历史的结晶,也是这座城市精神和人类文明的象征,其文

化品位不是短时间内形成的,它是深厚历史积淀和当代城市更新改造的综合结

果。

城市的历史积淀与城市文化的厚度问题联系在一起,与延续下来的当代城市

的气质品位贯通一致。

历史底蕴的厚度常常与城市的发展持续力成正比关系,因

此,历史文化名城对于经济持续发展具有重要意义,彰显历史之韵也自然而然成

为大力提升保定城市品位的应有之举。

随着中国经济的飞速发展、人口剧增,城

市化成为社会发展的总趋势,城市更新成了当前国内大多数城市必须面临的历史

课题。

旧城区中传统历史风貌、人文景观的破坏,物质环境老化,历史文化特

色消失等问题一直困扰着我们。

让旧城区重现昔日的繁荣、合理保护古城的文化

遗产、增加城市的精神功能成为研究城市发展的新课题。

因此,城市更新中历史

文化保护的研究在现阶段具有更多的现实意义。

论文以点、线、面的形式分析了保定城市发展现状及历史文化特点,对整个

保定历史文化保护的研究总结与展望,提出了文物建筑保护、历史街区保护和历

史文化名城保护等多层次的研究方法,旨在通过对保定保护规划的论证,使其作

为历史文化遗产得以保护,并将保护与发展有机地结合起来,为现实提供指导意

义。

ABSTRACT

Thethesisdiscussesthepreservationofthehistoricalandculturalheritageinthe

CityofBaoding.Withalonghistoryof2,000years,Baodingbelongstothesecond

batchoftheNationalFamousHistoricalandCulturalCity.Fromthes17thcenturyto

themiddleofthe20thcentury,Baodinghadbeentheviceroygovernmentofficeof

ZhiliProvinceandtwicethecapitalcityofHebeiProvincesuccessively.Asthe

political,economicandculturalcenterofHebeiProvince,Baodinghastherichest

historicalandculturalresourcesinHebeiandownsthemostsitesprotectedator

abovetheprovinciallevelinChina.Atpresent,thereare36sitesprotectedfortheir

historicalandculturalvalueinBaoding,amongwhich5areprotectedatthenational

level,7areprotectedattheprovincialleveland24areprotectedatmunicipallevelInaddition,thereare12housesunderspeciallocalprotection.Generallyspeaking,

sitesthatareprotectedathigherlevelarebetterthanothers,i.e.sitesundernational

levelprotectionarebetterthanthoseunderprovinciallevelprotection,sitesunder

provinciallevelprotectionarebetterthanthoseundermunicipallevelprotection,

mosthousesunderspeciallocalprotectionaredilapidatedandinabadstateofrepairThearchitectureinacityistheproductofitsspecialcultureandhistoryandasymbol

ofitsspiritandhumancivilization.Thetasteofcultureisnotformedinashorttime,

butgraduallyevolvedduringthecombinationofacity’sstronghistoryandthe

contemporaryrenovation.Thehistoryofacityisrelatedtoitscultureandisinline

withitscontinuedcharacterandtaste.Thelengthofhistoryisinapositivecorrelation

withandhenceimportanttoacity’ssustainabledevelopment.Consequently,

highlightingBaoding’shistoricalconnotationisnaturallybecomingnecessaryto

enhancethecity’staste.AlongwiththeeconomicandpopulationboominChina,

urbanizationhasbecomeasocialdevelopmenttrendandmajorityofthecitiesare

facingthechallengeofrenovation.Wehavebeenbesetbyproblemssuchasbreakage

ofhistoricalandculturalheritageintheoldcityarea,agingofthephysical

environmentanddisappearanceofhistoricalandculturalcharacteristics.Ithas

becomeanewresearchsubjectofcitydevelopmenttoconsiderrebuildingthe

prosperityoftheoldcityarea,reasonablyprotectingtheculturalheritageand

increasingthecity’sspiritualfunction.Therefore,researchonthepreservationofthe

historicalandculturalheritageduringthecityrenovationispracticallyimportantat

thepresentstage

Thethesisadoptsapoint-line-surfacestructuretoanalyzethecurrent

developmentstatusofBaodingCityandthecharacteristicsofitshistoricaland

culturalheritage,providesasummaryandprospectoftheresearchonthe

preservationofhistoricalandculturalheritageinBaoding.Theauthorbringsforward

aresearchmethodthatcoversdifferentlayersfromprotectingbuildingstructuresand

streetsofhistoricalandculturalvaluetoprotectingBaodingCityasawholeto

expoundandprovetheprotectionplan,aimingtoletBaodingCitybeprotectedas

historicalandculturalheritage,organicallycombineprotectionwithdevelopment

andprovideinstructionstotheobjectiveworld
