2、。同意学校向国家有关部门或机构送交论文的复印件和磁盘。 （保密的学位论文在解密后适用本授权说明） 导师签名:签字日期:年 月 日 签字日期:年 月 日中文摘要 本课题探讨保定古城历史文化保护的问题。保定是第二批全国历史文化名城之一,至今已有两千多年的悠久历史,17世纪到20世纪中叶近三百年时间里,保定先为直隶总督署,后两度成为河北省省会,一直是河北政治、经济、文化中心,保定有众多历史文化资源,是河北省第一文物大市、全国拥有省级以上文保单位最多的地级市,目前保定市区现状共有各类文物保护单位共36处,全国重点文物保护单位5处,省级文物保护单位7处,市级文物保护单位24处,及l 2处重点民居,总体情

3、况是保护级别越高文物保护的越好,也就是说国家级文物好于省级文物,省级文物好于市级文物,而重点民居大多残破,亟待维修。城市中的传统建筑是这个城市特有的文化与历史的结晶,也是这座城市精神和人类文明的象征,其文化品位不是短时间内形成的,它是深厚历史积淀和当代城市更新改造的综合结果。城市的历史积淀与城市文化的厚度问题联系在一起,与延续下来的当代城市的气质品位贯通一致。历史底蕴的厚度常常与城市的发展持续力成正比关系,因此,历史文化名城对于经济持续发展具有重要意义,彰显历史之韵也自然而然成为大力提升保定城市品位的应有之举。随着中国经济的飞速发展、人口剧增,城市化成为社会发展的总趋势,城市更新成了当前国内大

4、多数城市必须面临的历史课题。 旧城区中传统历史风貌、人文景观的破坏,物质环境老化,历史文化特色消失等问题一直困扰着我们。让旧城区重现昔日的繁荣、合理保护古城的文化遗产、增加城市的精神功能成为研究城市发展的新课题。因此,城市更新中历史文化保护的研究在现阶段具有更多的现实意义。论文以点、线、面的形式分析了保定城市发展现状及历史文化特点,对整个保定历史文化保护的研究总结与展望,提出了文物建筑保护、历史街区保护和历史文化名城保护等多层次的研究方法,旨在通过对保定保护规划的论证,使其作为历史文化遗产得以保护,并将保护与发展有机地结合起来,为现实提供指导意义。关键词: 城市更新 文物建筑 历史文化名城保护

5、 ABSTRACTThe thesis discusses the preservation of the historical and cultural heritage in the City of Baoding. With a long history of 2,000 years, Baoding belongs to the second batch of the National Famous Historical and Cultural City. From the s17th century to the middle of the20th century, Baoding

6、 had been the viceroy government office of Zhili Province and twice the capital city of Hebei Province successively. As the political, economic and cultural center of Hebei Province, Baoding has the richest historical and cultural resources in Hebei and owns the most sites protected at or above the

7、provincial level in China. At present, there are 36 sites protected for their historical and cultural value in Baoding, among which 5 are protected at the national level, 7 are protected at the provincial level and 24 are protected at municipal levelIn addition, there are 12 houses under special loc

8、al protection. Generally speaking, sites that are protected at higher level are better than others, i.e. sites under national level protection are better than those under provincial level protection, sites under provincial level protection are better than those under municipal level protection, most

9、 houses under special local protection are dilapidated and in a bad state of repairThe architecture in a city is the product of its special culture and history and a symbol of its spirit and human civilization. The taste of culture is not formed in a short time, but gradually evolved during the comb

10、ination of a citys strong history and the contemporary renovation. The history of a city is related to its culture and is in line with its continued character and taste. The length of history is in a positive correlation with and hence important to a citys sustainable development. Consequently, high

11、lighting Baodings historical connotation is naturally becoming necessary to enhance the citys taste. Along with the economic and population boom in China, urbanization has become a social development trend and majority of the cities are facing the challenge of renovation. We have been beset by probl

12、ems such as breakage of historical and cultural heritage in the old city area, aging of the physical environment and disappearance of historical and cultural characteristics. It has become a new research subject of city development to consider rebuilding the prosperity of the old city area, reasonab

13、ly protecting the cultural heritage and increasing the citys spiritual function. Therefore, research on the preservation of the historical and cultural heritage during the city renovation is practically important at the present stageThe thesis adopts a point-line-surface structure to analyze the cur

14、rent development status of Baoding City and the characteristics of its historical and cultural heritage, provides a summary and prospect of the research on the preservation of historical and cultural heritage in Baoding. The author brings forward a research method that covers different layers from p
