第三章

OrganizationalStructure

组织形式

TheCompanyisorganizedasalimitedliabilitycompany.TheCompanyshallbeliableforitsdebtsandobligationswithitsownpropertyandassetsandtheCompany’screditorsshallhavenorecoursetotheShareholderinrespectofanydebtsoftheCompany.
