3.ThePurchaserfurtheragreestocutandremoveallofthetimberconveyedinthiscontractinstrictaccordancewiththefollowingconditions:

（a）UnlessanextensionoftimeisagreeduponinwritingbetweentheSellerandPurchaser,alltimbershallbepaidfor,cut,andremovedonorbeforeandnoneafterthe_____dayof_______,20___,andanymaterialnotsoremovedshallreverttotheSeller.

（b）Unmarkedtreesandyoungtimbershallbeprotectedagainstunnecessaryinjuryfromfellingandloggingoperations.?

If,however,unmarkedtreesarecut,damagesshallbepaidtheSellerattherateof$1pertreeperMbd.ft.forallotherspecies,andintheeventthatanysuchtreesarecut,saidtreesshallremainuponthepremisesandshallbethepropertyoftheSeller.

（c）NecessaryloggingroadsshallbeclearedbythePurchaseronlyaftertheirlocationshavebeendefinitelyagreeduponwiththeSellerorhisrepresentative,andanytreestoberemovedintheclearingoperationsshallfirstbemarkedbytheSeller.

（d）Duringthelifeofthiscontractandontheareacovered,careshallbeexercisedbythePurchaserandhisemployeesagainstthestartingandspreadoffire,andtheyshalldoallintheirpowertopreventandcontrolfires.

（e）Anyliabilityfordamage,destruction,orrestorationofprivateorpublicimprovementsorpersonaldamagesoccasionedbyorintheexerciseofthiscontractshallbethesoleresponsibilityofthePurchaser,andthePurchasershallsaveharmlesstheSelleronaccountofsuchdamages.

（f）Theriskiflossordamagetothetreeshereinpurchased,fromanyandallcauseswhatever,shallbebornebypurchasersfromthedatehereof.

（g）ThePurchaserwillnotassignthisagreementwithoutthewrittenconsentoftheSeller.
