DocumentaryLetterofCreditforaperiodof180daysor360daysfromthebank,FOBChinamainportorairport..买方依照合同的条件下开立，不可撤销，可分割，可转让,可循环100%有效期为180天或360夭的跟単循环信用证。

DelayCharges:

延期交货述约金：

AnydelayofadeliveryfromtheSellerisseenasrenegeofthecontract,exceptfordelaysowingto"ForceMajeure"setforthhereofinthiscontract.

Foradelayseenasarenege,thesellerischargedapenaltyof0.5%ofthecargo'stotalcontractvalueperSeven（7）daysofdelay,delaytimelesserthan7daysiscountedas7days.Thepenaltywillbepaidincashtothebuyerrightafterthedelayhappens.Thisconditionisnegotiableincasethebuyeracknowledgestolerationforadelay.Theshipmenttimeiscountfromthecargoshippedontheshiportheplane.
