摘要

随着市场劳务价格逐年上涨，现行电力建设工程概预算定额下人工工日单价与同时期电力建设市场劳务价格存在较大差异。

针对这一困扰电力建设工程计价的重要问题，本文尝试通过电力建设工程人工工日单价的测算与调整研究，构建电力建设工程人工工日单价测算模型、实现其动态调整，进而准确反映电力建设工程人工成本、合理确定工程造价。

首先，设计出电力建设工程人工工日单价测算与调整的研究思路与技术路线。

通过文献研究与专家访谈法总结了建设工程人工工日单价的影响因素以及在不同省市或行业的管理现状，特别分析了电力建设工程人工工日单价的管理现状。

在总结出现行电力建设工程人工工日单价管理存在的现实问题基础上，确定了本文的关键问题“如何准确测算电力建设工程人工工日单价及确定合理的电力建设工程人工工日单价调整方案”，进而通过电力建设工程人工工日单价测算模块与调整模块的研究设计确定出研究思路和技术路线。

其次，构建出电力建设工程人工工日单价测算模型。

按照模型构建的一般做法，在选取适当的测算方法基础上，选用分析法实现电力建设工程工日单价测算因子的初选研究，并通过问卷调查和聚类分析主客观相结合的方法实现测算因子的筛选，根据测算因子的相关关系构建电力建设工程人工工日单价测算模型，最终通过实证研究法实现测算模型的实证运行与检验。

最后，确定出电力建设工程人工工日单价动态调整方案。

通过对电力建设工程人工工日单价调整管理进行现状分析，指出其存在的问题，并对国内有代表性的各省市或行业、发达国家或地区，有关建设工程人工工日单价调整情况进行了全面梳理与借鉴，确定电力建设工程人工工日单价调整周期与调整方法的优化方案，实现电力建设工程人工工日单价的动态调整。

本文为电力建设工程造价管理机构的人工工日单价测算与调整管理工作提供了一个全新视角，试图为电力建设工程人工工日单价的测算寻求一条科学定量的途径，并在电力建设工程人工工日单价的定期动态调整上做出了尝试，对今后的电力建设工程人工工日单价研究具有积极的借鉴意义。

Abstract

Alongwithlaborpricerisingyearbyyear,thecurrentunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionprojectwhichisusedinprojectbudgetquotaisgreatdifferentformlaborpriceatthesameperiod.Aroundtheproblemstroubledthevaluationofpowerconstructionproject,thepaperattemptstocarryoutestimateandadjustmentresearchtoconstructestimatemodeloftheunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionprojectandachievedynamicadjustmenttoaccuratelyreflectaccuratelaborcostandreasonablyestimateengineeringcost.

Firstofall,thepaperdesignedtheresearchideasandtechnicalrouteofestimateandadjustmentoftheunitprice of manual man day ofpowerconstructionproject.The papersummarized  allinfluencefactors of theunitprice of manual man day ofpowerconstructionprojectandmanagementsituationindifferentprovincesandcitiesorindustrythroughtheliteraturestudyandexpertinterviewmethod,andanalyzedthemanagementsituationofpowerconstructionprojectspecially.Onthebasisofrealisticproblemsexistedinpowercostructionproject,thepaperdeterminedthekeyproblemsof“howtoaccuratelyestimatetheunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionprojectandconfirmreasonableadjustmentschemeoftheunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionproject”. Thenthepaperconcernedtheresearchideasandtechnicalroutethroughthedesignofestimateandadjustmentmodular.

Secondly,thepaperconstructestimatemodeloftheunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionproject.Accordingtothegeneralmethodofmodelconstructing,thepaperselectedanalyticalapproachtoaccomplishtheprimaryresearchofestimatefactorofunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionprojectbasedontheappropriatemethodselected.Andthepaperaccomplishedthescreeningstudyoffactorsthroughthequestionnairesurveyandclusteringanalysismethodwhichisthecombinationofsubjectiveandobjective.Thepaperconstructedestimatemodelofunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionprojectaccordingtorelatedfactorsandfinallyrealizedthemodelfortheoperationandinspectionthroughtheempiricalapproach.

Finally,thepaperstudiedoutdynamicadjustmentschemeoftheunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionproject.Thepaperanalyzedthepresentadjustmentmanagementoftheunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionprojecttopointouttheexistingproblems.Andthepaperusedtheexperienceofdomesticrepresentativeprovincesandcitiesorindustry,developedcountriesorareasbycombingtheunitpriceofmanualmandayofadjustmentmanagementtoresearchtheadjustmentcycleandadjustmentmethodsinordertoachievedynamicadjustment.

Thepaperprovidesanewangleofviewtomanagetheestimateandadjustmentoftheunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionprojectforengineeringcostmanagementmechanismandtrytosearchascientificquantitativewayofit.Thenthepaperhasmadetheattemptofdynamicandregularadjustmentoftheunitpriceofmanualmandayofpowerconstructionproject.Thepaperwillhaveapositivesignificancetotheresearc
