1.Thefurnaceofindustrialboilerfurnacearcharchisveryimportant.Theroleistomakearchfurnacechamberofthemixtureofgasesandradiationandhotgasorganizationflow,tomakethefuelandignitionandcombustionwhen.SuaandatpresentindustrialboilerwiththeactualYongQiLiangratedloadareoftennotwithhorse,theuseofcoalchangesgreatly,andoftenhavelargedesigncoalpoorvision,soinactualuse,oftentofurnacenecessaryimprovementinarchcoalneedtobecomfortable.
Fortransformationoftheformerfurnacearchsituation,theexistingproblemis:

2.Thereasonableairsupplyandregulation

Inthechainfurnace,thefurnace,thefurnaceofreciprocatingvibration,accordingtothedifferentcharacteristicsofthecombustionprocess,reasonableairsupply,topromotethefurnacecombustionisveryimportant.Asinthechainfurnace,alongwithfuelkeepmovement,whichinturnhappenonfire,burning,andburnthestage.Burningalongthelengthdirectionisthestokerstages,zoning,soalongthelengthdirectionalongtheairquantityisalsodifferent.Thepreheatingzonealongtheheadandtailburnstage,airrequirementssmall;

工业锅炉的节能技术涉及多方面,最主要是提高工业锅炉的热能利用率,即提高工业锅炉的热效率。
本节从燃烧、运行维护、新技术及新设备的应用、工业锅炉辅机的节能、锅炉水处理等方面,对工业锅炉房的节能途径进行探讨。
1.炉拱工业锅炉的炉拱是十分重要的。
炉拱的作用在于促使炉膛中气体的混合以及组织辐射和炽热烟气的流动,使燃料及时着火燃烧。
而目前工业锅炉的实际用汽量与其额定负荷往往不匹配,使用的煤种变化较大,而且与设计煤种往往有较大的差异,因此在实际使用中,往往要对炉拱进行必要的改造以适应煤种的需要。
为改造前炉拱情况,存在的主要问题是:
因使用的燃煤比设计煤种差而杂,锅炉出现炉膛出口烟气温度低(约700℃),比设计低200℃。
新煤着火迟,时常出现火床断火,着火距煤闸板约0.6~1.Om,炉膛燃烧不强烈,灰渣含碳量高。
针对炉拱结构存在的问题,从改善燃料的着火条件,提高炉膛温度着手对锅炉进行改造。
经过改造后的炉拱,在实际运衍中观测发现,改造效果良好,燃料人炉后距煤闸板0.3MRP着火,火床燃烧强烈,火焰充满度好,旋转强烈。
由于前拱降低,后拱加长,拱间形成的喉口间距由原来的2cm左右缩小到1cm。
加强了该处的气流扰动混合,重新组织了气流,强化了炉内燃烧,有效的提高了前拱区和整个炉膛的温度,使其达到1400℃以上,改善了燃料的着火条件。
煤着火点
