1.2Excavationof
Thepermanentshiplockexcavationandanchorsupportconstructionintwophases,alarge-scaleexcavationofthemaingatetothetopoverthetopexcavationandslopeexcavationtoexposeamaximumslopeheightis170m,toensuretheslopeintheconstructionandsubsequentoperationduringthesecurityandstability,NaiShi1excavationandconstructionofthekeyanchor;
2excavatedinaprojectbasedonthechamberintothetankexcavation,maximumdepthof68m.
1.3anchorsupportconstruction
Ananchorsupportconstructioninordertomaintainthestabilityofthehighslopeforthepurposeofthesystemontheslope,anchorreinforcement,thesurfaceofsprayedconcretehangingnetclosed;
twoconcentratedinthegateslotsupportingverticalwall,themainsub-anchor,anchorsprayedconcreteandothertypesofsupportmethod.Anchorsystemscanbeclassifiedaccordingtothenatureoftheroleofanchorandrandomanchor,accordingtobondintoacohesivemannerandnon-bondedanchoranchor,accordingtosupportingtheformisdividedintothefirstanchorandtherighttowearsideanchor,accordingtoloadsizeisdividedinto1000kN,and3000kN-classAnchordesignaccordingtodifferentpositions,blockthesizeofthedifferentanchorreinforcementapproach.Boltalsosubsystemsandrandomanchorbolttwocategories,thesystemisdividedintoordinaryboltanchoraccordingtomaterial,highstrengthbolt(Ⅴgradesteel)twokinds.High-strengthboltbytheforceofasingle450kN,istheanchoringoftheimportantanddifficult,bothplayedontherockanchorrole,butalsototheliningwallofconcretehangingfrombranchessupportingtheroleofthepermanentshiplockisconsideredthe“lifeline”projects.

1)“pre-control”astheexantecontrolis“activecontrol”ofthemaincontents,supervisionofconstructionbyqualifiedcontractorstoreviewtheorganizationoftheconstructionscheduleandconstructiontechnicalmeasuresforapproval,inspectioncontractorstoqualityassurancesystem,technicalmeasuresreallyimplemented,andorganizationaldesigntests,beoftechnicalproblems.Supervisionofinternalorganizationtoemphasizetheimplementationandpersonnelinplace,andthepreparationofthecorrespondingoperatingproceduresandsupervisionoftheimplementationofrulestoregulatetheon-sitesupervisionofbehavior,themeasureshavebeenimplementedonlyincaseswhereonlyallowedtoofficiallystarttheconstructionandsigntheorder.
