Guidance

一、Beforesigningthecontract,thetwopartiesshallcarefullyreadeverydetailsofthecontract.Legalvalidityshalltakeeffectuponthetwoparties’signingthecontractandthetwopartiesshallstrictlyperformanceaccordingtothetermsofthecontract.

二、Thecontractmustbesignedpersonallybythelegalrepresentative（orentrustedperson）oftheemployer（PartyA）andtheemployeehimself/herself（PartyB）withthechopoftheemployer（orLaborContractSpecialChop）thatshallbedeemedeffective.

三、Thecontractisapplicabletoallemployersofthiscityandalloftheiremployees;

Pleasenotedowntheemployee’semploymentfeature（Includingcontractedemployee,contractedemployeewithHukoutransferfromtheothercities,contractedemployeenottransferringHukou,employeewithoutcityortownHukou）inthefirstparagraph,butthecontractvalidperiodfortheemployeewithoutcityortownHukou（ExcludingcontractedemployeenottransferringHukou）shallnotexceedoneyear.

四、Theblankcolumninthecontractshallbedecidedbythetwopartiesbynegotiationanddiscussion,andthecontentmustbeclearlyindicated;

forthecolumnwithnoindicatedcontent,pleasemarkwith“/”.

五、Withregardtotheissuednotcoveredinthecontract,pleaselistintothecolumnof“Otherissuesshallbeclarifiedbythetwoparties”orthroughsigningothersupplementaryagreementastheattachmentofthecontractthatfulfilledtogetherwiththecontract.

六、Thecontractshallbefilledwithpenwithclearletter,simpleandaccuratewords,anyunauthorizedchangeshallnotbeallowed.

七、Theoriginalcontract（withattachment）isintriplicate,twoheldbyPartyAandPartyBrespectivelyafterverified,oneforfilingbytheverificationinstitute,thethreeoriginalsareofthesamelegaleffect;

anyunauthorizedchangeorillegalsignaturewithoutauthorizationofthecontractshallbedeemedinvalid.

六.WorkingDisciplines

Bothpartiesshouldobeynationallawsandregulation,andPartyBshouldstrictlyobeyallkindsoflawsandnationalregulationsfromPartA’simpartation,obeyallkindsofregulationsandworkingdisciplinespreparedbyPartyAlegally.
