启动程序步骤，才有可能进行程序操作

Stepsequences->

StepsequencegeneralU01

Duringsterilization，temperaturesandflowiscontrolledbythePCS.Thesetemperatureshavetoreachatleast121°

Cminimumfor20min.

在杀菌（SIP）期间，温度以及流体的流量由PCS控制。

杀菌温度必须达到至少121°

C并且保持20分钟。

AttheendofthesterilizationprocessitisnecessarytoresetthestepsequencewiththebluebuttononthePCS（endphase）.

在杀菌过程完成的时候，有必要使用蓝色按钮重置步骤，

Productionpreparation

Thepreparationofproductionincludesthefollowing:

生产准备包括如下步骤：

-TakeouttherinserCIPcaps（manually）

取下冲瓶机CIP洗杯（人工）

-TakeoutthefillerCIPcaps

取下灌注机CIP洗杯

-PreparationofPAA

PAA准备

-DisinfectionofthefillerBloc

无菌空间消毒

-FillupthefillerwithsterileproductfromTetra-Pak

用Tetra-Pak系统提供的无菌产品充满注入机（环缸）

Anoutsidealkalinecleaning（COP）willstart.

外部碱清洗（COP）将开始

AftertheCOPisfinisheditisnecessarytoremovetheCIPcapsoftherinser.

COP结束之后，必须取下洗瓶机的CIP洗杯

Thekeyatthefillertouchhastobeturnedtoposition1.

注入机操作器的钥匙必须旋到一号位

UseglovestoremovetheCIPcaps.

使用手套取下CIP洗杯

AfterremovingtheCIPcapsreturmthekeytoposition0.andconfirmthattheCIPcupsarelocatedinthetouchscreen.在取下CIP洗杯后，把钥匙旋回0号位，

Rinser

ThemachinestartsturningandanSIPisstarting.

机器开始进行SIP清洗

SelecttheproductyouwanttofillatthePCS

在PCS上选择即将灌注的产品。

Choosetheproductandpressthefolderbutton

选择产品并按下文件夹按钮

Andconfirmwithyes!

用YES确认

Alast“operatorinterventionexecuted”isnecessarytoconfirmtheproduct

最后“操作者干预被执行”去确认产品。

完成生产准备之后，按下PCS蓝色按钮确认。

一开盖引导器以及打开取盖出口

Aftertakingouttheclosurestheexternalstarthastobeactivatedagain,theoutlethastobeclosedandthecloseguidanceputbackintheinitialposition.

在取出盖子之后，外部开始必须重新启动，取样口必须关上以及盖引导器必须恢复初始位置

CIPcaustic/causticandacid

CIP碱洗/碱酸洗

Beforestartingthecausticcleaning（causticandacidCIPisonlynecessaryonceaweek）checkiftheCIPcupsattherinserareplaced.

开始碱洗之前（碱酸洗CIP只需要每周进行一次），检查洗瓶机CIP洗杯是否已安置完毕

在可以使用滴氮系统之前，有必要对其进行杀菌，并且将其注满液氮

所有滴氮系统的
