Sincetheindustrialrevolution200years,onlyabout20%ofthetotalpopulationindevelopedcountriesconsumestheearthhundredsofmillionsofyearstosavemorethan80%offossilenergy.Itisveryobviousconsequencesofhumanactivity,resourceisrapidlydisappearing,significantenvironmentaldegradation,especiallyglobalclimatewarming.Thesehazardstopeoplearoundtheworldareawake-upcall,leavefuturegenerationsanavailableforsurvivalandsustainabledevelopmentofenvironmentandspacebecometheconsensusoftheworld.Inthiscase,afterthe90s,theword"

lowcarboneconomy"
